  • Ingredients
    Cake dough:
    3/4 cup warm milk (180ml)
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon active dry yeast (5g or 15g of fresh yeast)
    2 large whole eggs
    1/4 cup melted butter or margarine (50g)
    2.1/2 cup all-purpose flour (325g)
    1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5g)
    Cake Filling/Topping:
    1.1/2 tbsp butter (75g)
    1/2 cup sugar (90g)
    1.1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon or to taste
    200g heavy cream (12% to 16% fat)
    Cup measure: 240ml
    Dimensions of the mold/baking pan: 23 × 6cm
