@@fernandaalcala7243 yes Fernanda, there are tutorials for each step, broken down how to do it exactly, and there are videos just for practice, and videos on learning choreography, also step by step.
However, I am always open to making more video tutorials per request for my online students ❤️

Loren Lealiiee I tell my students to record themselves before and after to compare results. Also make sure that you do the complete fa’arapu engaging the core, otherwise will get faster but be like a shakey shakey ❤️ If it resonates with you 🙂
