I have a big lower “Fupa”. How can I do the move properly without hurting my back even further. This move is extremely difficult when your lower belly is big and heavy. Also, if I keep practicing the move, will this help lose some weight in my mid section ? Just curious. Thank you for taking the time to teach this beautiful dance I call Art!!

The move is basically Fa'arapu dance. Gotta see how them knees move too cause it has a lot to do with feet, knees and legs
