    If you're feeling burnt out, ashamed, down, confused, afraid....don't worry, it will pass. It might take a long time, like a long dark cloud passing in the sky, but it will pass. Allow it to pass in its own time. You are the sky, not the cloud :) I like using mindfulness, especially from books like 30 Days to Reduce Depression by Harper Daniels for guided meditations also.
