- Come and move your body with me in this intermediate to advanced yoga practice! We flow to the rhythm of the breath through a fun sequence filled with twists, turns and unexpected balances. This was such a fun flow to do and to film, I especially love the last wild thing transitions from chaturanga! Emilie :) That was wonderful!! So ready to face the day now :) I loved holding the warrior 3 for 5 breaths, I loved the back and forth between revolved crescent lunge and the other pose! The switching of our arms and legs was working my body and mind!! :) all the balancing and twists and holds and strength was just perfect :) I hope you are having a great week :) always so thankful for you sharing with us :)❤️💜

Je ne marque plus que je modifie selon les douleurs, tu le sais maintenant 😉(et bcp de gens le font sans doute !) J'ai adoré ce cours, le temps a filé à toute vitesse ! Dear Emilie, been following your classes for a few months now, have been amazed again and again! One little tip/ask as a loyal subscriber: i LOVE LOVE LOVE how challenging and creative your classes are at times, but when you incorporate some of the challenging poses, can you make explain a little bit how we can do it? For instance, the kick stand, for us who don’t know how to do it but want to get there, you might wanna mention which part of the body we should contract or focus on to get to the pose easier, otherwise, some of us can only watch you do those poses in awe and have no clue how to improve. ❤❤sending you lots of love
Absolutely!!! 🥰 for the flying splits, you need to bring your weight foreword way more than you think you have to and create a shelf with your elbows, if its the right leg forward, then right elbow goes under right thigh and left elbow compressed and squeezes in super hard so that you can place it right on the inside of the hip bone! Ill try to be more mindful of explaining next time 🥰😘 but just try it anyways, most often you will learn by trying a hundred times until you get the right feeling
@@yogawithemilie love how you articulate things! Hope this will make your classes even more popular! Understand some people don’t like when the teacher talks too much, so if you just explain a little about the difficult poses, it would be the chef’s kiss so to speak ^_^
