@@henryhoover3953 I doubt it. He's plenty strong in those areas. APT is caused by shortening of the hips and hip flexors, and weakening of the supporting muscle groups to allow for tilt. A sedentary lifestyle is basically the only culprit.
@@a-a-rondavis9438 not true doing anterior dominant work can tighten the hip flexors and create an imbalance that lasts for years despite thousands of repetitions over the years and actively stretching to beat the body back into shape, ie me 🥲. And I am stupidly fuckin active

@@hrsmp Growth hormone is only useful for building muscle when combined with other substances, there is a synergetic effect otherwise it's absolutely pointless.
People who cry about over training should watch this vid. With proper nutrition and sleep, there is no over training.
