I'm Palestinian and I find it complicated especially when it comes to the literal explanation of the sentences!! Anyhow Thanks for your efforts and the videos. Keep it up 🌷
I learn arabic now just because of MAHA, coz MAHA teaches it. She is lovelyyyyyyyyy.
She is ☺️ Maha is a blessing for those of us trying to keep up with our Levantine dialect 🤍 🇵🇸
You seem like a legitimately wonderful person. Thank you for always sharing your time and work with us.
Your videos are great. Please don't ever stop making them!
Dunno if anyone gives a damn but if you guys are bored like me atm then you can stream all the new series on Instaflixxer. Been streaming with my gf for the last few months :)
@Roland Eli Definitely, have been using Instaflixxer for months myself =)
In Antakya we even say "Marhabtein u Marhaba", it's so cool to hear that you use it too!
You make learning Falastin Arabic so accessible and fun! These lessons are incredible!!!
Just came across your channel, one lesson in and I love your teaching style. Thank you for sharing with us - Shukran!
Is there a complete series for the Palestinian arabic? What a stunning dialect
This is perfect! I spent 9 months in Jordan some years ago, just to learn Arabic. It's time to pick it up again, and these videos make it easy. Thanks, Jameela!
Thank you so, SO much for making this new series of videos which focuses on Palestinian dialect - it's exactly what I've been looking for!
I have been following you & learning from you for a long time, now, and I originally studied Masri in a language school, plus learning more from your videos (MSA), but in recent years I have been wanting to learn Palestinian dialect & it's not as easy to find as MSA and Masri...SO, Shukraaaaan ya 7abibti !!!
Do you say:
'w enti min ahlo' to a man?
(I only ask because I thought that we only say " enti " to a woman).
So, do you say:
w enta min ahlo
to a man?
Thank you so much! You explain it very well and in an enthousiastic way 😊

The response to Layle sa3eedeh is
Laylatak / tek/ tko sa3eedeh w' e_mbaarakeh
ليلتك / تِك/ تْكو سعيدة و مباركة
(lit : may your night🌃 be happy and blessed) but generally it means good night when responding back
I love how you gave the replies! Sometime u know how to say something but when someone says it to you don't know how to reply!
I wish I knew how exactly you manage to look better the older you get. For real, I mean, you look great in your oldest videos on here, some of which are nearly ten years old. Be that as it may, you only seem to get better with age. On the academic side of things, I'm completely blown away by the depth and breadth of your knowledge and experience. Arabic and Hebrew are my two favorite languages. :)
Thanks youvforbthe great introduction
you don't get an idea of how useful your videos can be! they are great!

Would you say that learning Palestinian Arabic will help me talk and understand Arabic in Egypt? Or are these dialects too different?
hope your journey is going well! i would say learn whichever dialect interests you since they're mutually intelligible
This One Video Is good .
Thank youuu!!!
THANK YOU
Thankyou Maha.
Should a person learn Standard first before learning a dialect? If I only learned the Shami Arabic, would it be difficult to communicate with people from Egypt or Saudi or another Arabic speaking country?
Week ly give new
Lesson maha mahassalamah
Thank you!!
Nobody has commented on this before I think, but is there a way you can get rid of the echo on your videos? If anyone thinks it could be my computer, please let me know. Sometimes it's hard to understand because of the echo and you speak so fast. Also, I'm old so I don't HEAR as fast. NOT your fault. It's okay, I LOVE your videos. Don't stop! Thanks.
Mar Jay yes there is no echo. Sorry I don’t hear any echo
Hi, my goal is to learn to speak and understand Shami Arabic, is there a guide of things I need to do to/should be doing to meet this goal or will studying these lessons you keep providing be enough? I can read Arabic not very fluent and and write words as I can hear them.
you need a friend to speak the language with.. this helps a lot
@@LearnArabicwithMaha I've got that too, thanks for your reply ❤

I have a question, when you say صباح النور, do you pronounce it like "soba7 alnuur", or "soba7 annuur" (do you keep the L sound or do you replace it with a double N) مع سلامات من فرانسة
Yes. We drop in L with fast talking 👍
U plz make easy sentences to learn in arabic

My Father used to say "Masal kher"
About layla saida, the teacher of the arabic class i attend now said that it's used when u wish a happy night to someone who is not going to sleep but they will be awake at night having fun or so. Is that correct?
Yes it's correct, and make more sense to me as a Palestinian-Arabic speaker
Is Fallahi dialect closer to Quranic Arabic?
There are many arabic dialets. What makes you make palestian arabic lecture?
Better Getting she’s Palestinian
what happened to your cross sign necklace??????
My falestini grandma would say Assalamualeychum, reply would be waalaeychumsalam...or salam aleychum, aleychum salam..& chief halech instead of kief halek..anyone knows what dialect is this.
Well hello there !

Fine
Where's lesson 3 for this series?
Who’s here in 2023?

You're beautiful.. So glad I found your channel.... Translate that.
How I say
I speak arabic
And how I say I don't speak arabic??
how do i write "I love you at your darkest"
جيد جدا.
In Urdu we say Subha khair (good morning) & (shabbaH' khair)Good night.
"Marhabtein" ??? I thought the dual form doesn't exist in Palestine arabic (or dialectal Arabic in general)??
