I'm not seeing those capabilities anywhere in the manual. Maybe instead of a true "preset" change you could program your controller to automate midi changes to where you would want them like you would do with a preset. So essentially instead of using the delay's presets you use the controllers and load it with all the parameter changes. Doing this should allow you to run a "global tempo" by simply never changing the tempo and instead changing all the things around it. I think that might keep the tap tempo mode up as well on it, but I'm not sure.
