118th place: Tower of Dimentions Okay, if somewhat generic. Though, it does not help when the leve starts with the authro suggesting that a skip option should be added to the level.
My feeling as the level went on is that it was slow to escalate. I did think the music was fitting for an ancient temple like this. In hindsight, it was also fitting for a _long_ temple like this, given the length of PMD's dungeons. Especially with how it changed tunes in the latter half. Honestly I'm surprised SuperStarDream didn't go all in and use PMD boss music.
This level is pretty long but I thought it was pretty fun. I think the music may have something to do with that. This is essentially a better version of Creatively Named Level.
This level feels as if it daisy-chained a bunch of challenge mode trials together as a full experience. I don't mind it actually. Music selection helps a lot with that IMO. Temporal Tower is a very pleasing track for this kind of level design.
It does feel very linear, most of the layout is flat and straightforward, and the visual aesthetics stay the same throughout, but it is nice that the music changes midway.

I suspect that that was what they wanted to do, but when their custom boss idea fizzled, they just threw something together.

I mean, not exactly a high bar to clear! And PMD Explorers has some really good music!

It's very rote, but it's got enough to it that it doesn't get too boring, though you can feel the length a bit by the end.
