Airfried Pita Bread / Easy Homemade Pita Bread Airfryer Recipe / Leney Kitchen

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup lukewarm water
-1/2 tsp sugar
-1 tsp instant dry yeast
-1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1/2 cup bread flour
**135g for this 2 kinds of flour
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 tbsp olive oil
Note:
**the texture of the dough is still depends on the humidity of the area.
adjust the flour if needed but do not add too much of flour to
avoid dried and thick dough. The consistency of this bread dough should
soft and little bit sticky.
** preheating the airfryer before baking the pita bread is a must. the bread needs enough hot surface to achieve a nice puffs
** thin pita dough to aid pocket formation
** even though the pita does not puff, the bread is still delicious as it is.
