Diffey has definitely made track way more exciting than it actually is. Still feel bad for Rick Allen losing NBC gig and maybe not getting another 1 at all. He improved a ton in his decade with NBC. Would've preferred Diffey staying with IndyCar but that wasn't happening with that series going to FOX. Diffey will be a good addition for NASCAR though.

I thought Leigh Diffey was schedule to make his debut at Richmond until I didn't he was in Paris, so for both Richmond & Michigan will it either be Rick Allen, Marty Snider or Driver Commentary like Jeff Burton, Steve LaTarte & Brad Dougherty calling the next two races for Cup?

Has LaJoie ever been in a car or truck good enough to win a race? Will be a breath of fresh air in the NBC Z booth with Diffey. Rick Allen really did not have a lot of excitement to his race calls and he really repeated a lot of what Steve and Jeff were saying anyway. That whole crew, like you said needs to refresher.
Honestly, as much as I love Corey lajoie, he isn't a 2025 Nascar cup caliper driver, the current field is way to competitive for him and with spires current goals of next super team they can't hold on to Corey because he was their ground layer, maybe he can be the next Crafton
He is also the only driver of drivers that made it to cup of that arca class when he lost the championship to larson by 4 or something points that hasn't won in cup. He lost that championship on a shoe string budget in comparison to the others at the time. I love the guy and hope the best for him.

Ironically after Dr. Jerry punch left the booth from ESPN to back to pit Road they brought in Marty Reed. Why did they switch him not to mention finally they brought Alan Beswick back to the booth in the 90s and early 2000 CBS went from Ken Squuirer to Mike joy. During the TNT summer stretch for a few years, it started with Bill Weber that he left to Ralph Sheehan to finally who we know best for the Xfinity series Adam Alexander. What are your thoughts on this?

Larson Average finish in 6 full time seasons at CGR: Almost 15th. Larson Average finish in Hendrick: 8.5. I think the next-gen parity charade made everyone forget how much the equipment matters in a non-homologated motorsport.

I really don't want a kiwi or assuie whatever diffey is calling NASCAR races. I want southern voices or at the very least just American voices. It's one thing with Indycar, or sportscar racing. But it just chaps my ass to have a non American calling NASCAR races, especially cup races
