Thanks for sharing your experience with Roehl! I’ve been following along for a while. I’m going to start with them pretty soon and loved the feedback you’ve given!
Brandon I truly appreciate the fact you took the time to educate new drivers on the ins and outs of trucking, also you've helped me make my decision on Roehl 1 ❤ bro
It’s so crazy bro I just got hired and it’s kinda scary how they pump new hires every week. It’s like so many people bounce out of there that they have to keep hiring ppl to make up for the people leaving. I will get my experience n go local!!!!!!!
Man. I said the same thing. Something is completely broken and wrong. I know industry wide there is a high turn over but it’s crazy weird how that revolving door turns. Which fleet are you on?
@@TheBrandonBrews I just got hired for the reefer division but to be honest I’m calling greyhound and getting my behind back home I just heard a very bad horror story from my classmate who was here and worked with ROEHL for a month! The hold his pay even tho he was on the road already for 3 weeks with his trainer. I can’t sit 3 weeks broke and their orientation only pays $400 bucks I’m broke as a joke and I can’t sit here and let bills pile up and repo man take my car. Something told me not to go with ROEHL and I still took the job offer here I am at the hotel and my friend calls me and tells me he just got off the truck and quit ROEHL 3 days ago. This is not for me for sure I need to make money. Don’t tell me I’m gonna work 3 weeks to see a weeks pay. When I see people running away from the direction I’m going I better follow lol
Do they lower what you owe them after 6 months? I’m gonna go into Roehl soon and if they do the same thing to me I’ll at least be okay with the 6 months.

@@TheBrandonBrews I just booked me a greyhound back to Virginia I done heard and seen everything I needed to see to know they ain’t it
He said a load god or a load king 😂😂😂
Mannnnnnnn 😂🤦🏾♂️
Yea bro I’m about to complain about the miles to I’m national and barely averaging 2200 miles a week
Indeed. Speaking up was the only way I was able to get some piece of miles. How long do stay out?
How did the new company address the contract you had with Roehl? I'm considering signing up with them for the paid training.
Roehl sent me a bill that’s it.
Hey I’m thinking about quitting Roehl for the same issues. Do they have. A payment plant for the 7,000?
Yes they do. They will keep your last check then send you a bill with a link. You can then set up a payment plan
Did you have to pay out of the miles contact to leave?

No. It’s not prorated. They did take my last check and deposits so I know that will reduce it but other than that I’ve only heard it’s 7K flat out.
