So, the data values on tools are assigned to durability. Once the durability of the item reaches whatever value you used in the clear item command block, it removes your tool from your inventory. The video uses a value of 5, which means any tool used in the clear item command block gets cleared from inventory after just a couple blocks are mined. A completely different method from the one used in the video will need to be found to cure this issue. Items that don't have any use for the data value work without issue.

If you want the shulker to be seen you need to do command blocks for each item. If you don’t want that you can just give them a shulker using the structure load

Well that’s because, the items in the shulker to view are ID items right? If they are regular items then it will get rid of normal items. You can also rename the items in the kit so they don’t get removed.

It is the update because now every time it clones it get rids of that shulker and makes a new one so it closes you out so just change the tick speed in the command to make it slower

For any named item.The detector will only detect the named item. Example is a diamond sword with a name like sword of legends, it will only detect that diamond sword with name not the other diamond sword

That is true, which I did not know until people had issues with it. It works with items but not items that take durability

You have to make the delay time higher on the cloning command block. Or else it will just be cloning a closed shulker box every less than a second.
Okay so I found out that changed with the new 1.21 update! Unfortunately it’s a bug for now but you can always add a delay and it’ll still work

Everytime my gear or sword get to a curtain durability it deletes from my inventory
Add a radius to the clear command blocks! Then it’ll only get rid of them within that radius of the shop
