First they crash a jeep on an open plaine, after driving close to the zombies for no reason when they have LMGs on the vehicles and Assault Rifles, which could easily engage the zombies at 200+ meters, one soldier also decide to stand his ground against slow walking zombies, not falling back which even an untrained soldier would do, just to die for no reason at all, clearly the writers just wanted to kill a soldier for the stun value, but failed to tie the writing with anything close to reality.
I guess people were right, that armour did nothing against walkers. How the walkers have such superhuman strength they can rip a person's legs from their torso, especially if the zombies are rotting corpses themselves?
So I guess they have no air support or artillery, but they have machine guns and an open field - a combination that has been stopping enemy foot troops cold since 1914. Yeah, maybe only headshots kill zombies, but I bet a few rounds through the legs slow them down so you’re more likely to get a headshot later. Just keep firing from a distance and moving back. There’s no reason anyone should be within 250 yards (2.5 football fields!) of the zombies at any time, let alone driving slowly right past them.
When it showed them radioing in, I assumed there was some sort of boobytrap or something. Nope. They flipped a jeep, and then stood next to it rather than just literally walking away at a brisk pace.
1 he could have just taken several steps back, 2 the moment he was grabbed by the walkers he's a dead man walking so they might as well leave him instead of trying to save him
Never understood the fact that, just use ballistic curtains, they protect joints, I get the entire point of the commonwealth is literally watered down Star Wars Stormtrooper (it's obvious to see) but that mf could've just ran.
Absolute zero reason that soldier should've been overwhelmed like that.
- Run soldier, run!
Ain’t no way people still dying to walkers this far in the show…
The death of that soldier is so stupid, bro like use your legs, just walk away.
Those rifles and machine guns have a easy 300-500 meters worth of range, why are they charging zombies??
The soldier was trained in Storm Troopers Academy.

Holy shit this show is trash. How did people watch this for like a thousand seasons?
That is a scene that would make me quit the show. Not for the horror, but for the B-level ludicrousness.
How’d the car even clip. The walkers were a full 20 feet away

Their resemblance to Stormtroopers got them so easily defeated
One long pointy stick, and a moderate paced walk. . . . you would clear that field pretty handedly.
Why he let the walkers get that close still confuses me. The other trooper was picking them off as they got closer to him.

i never udnerstood how they were so strongbruh
Am I the only one that noticed that he is holding the radio both backward and up side down, and did not push the button when talking in to it?
