My wife and I stayed at the same hotel last year. The shower head in our room was at chest level! I see you found the best spot to relax, off the back of the property ... great view. The mall, just down the road is a nice short walk and has some nice shops. Good luck with your training, I've thought that flying for Mokulele would be an awesome retirement job! :)

Surprise! Aviation High Schools are easy to research if you google it. I did all my training in the UK. The demand for pilots tends to ebb & flow but I believe demand is high at present. Here in the UK Thomson are recruiting apprentice pilots. Airlines like people who do their homework. Research the subject & airlines who you are interested in. Know their history & write to them outlining your passion to fly for them well before you reach the age to start flying. Different airlines have different requirements & when times are tough be prepare to work in another country for small charter company, flight school instructor is another route used. Pilots who end up with a career are the ones who can't take no as an answer.
