Hello! Thank you all for the kind words and support on this collaboration!! I wanted to say at the time of recording this I wasn’t exactly sure how we were all announcing our part in this project and I didn’t want to take anything away from the other simmers by saying they participated. I think now that was the wrong choice. Please go watch lilsimsie’s , James Turner’s and Deligracy’s videos all are linked in the description! Hi Simlicy! I hope you don't get me wrong, but I'm glad you left this comment mentioning their names. I kinda understand your hesitation, but to me it is the polite thing to do. It is only fair to mention who has been participating and let your audience know so that they can check out their videos too if they haven't already. You all have done an amazing job. Your bar looks absolutely incredible!
when the pack comes out, maybe you could update the builds with stuff from other packs that you feel fits the families vibe and w/ debug clutter

Can you really call it hired tho? I hear nobody telling they were paid so it kinda feel like free labor and even tho I am super happy the houses are beautiful that idea doesn’t feel nice, knowing ea will make a lot of money from this pack :/

The fact that GCs built the lots is what’s selling Me on actually buying this pack. Knowing that I can just open up the game and start playing right away in decent houses with decent looking families and don’t need to go and bulldoze all of the lots and spend hours in CAS beforehand is blowing My mind right now. Like, I can just boot up and play for once...this pack is seriously going to be a whole new Sims experience for Me!

I've never been a fan of EA community lots, because they never look like they are supposed to be used, but that bar is amazing! It feels as if its waiting to be a part of a story!
You’ve always been one of my favorite builders, literally inspire me to want to play the sims. Your builds bring life to the sims, I’m so glad they chose you.
I love the layout that they do for the bathroom and toilet. My house has the same layout :) we have a bathroom and a separate toilet-only room. The doors are side by side just like in this build! So it's not weird at all for me.

Totally agree that it'd be nice for EA to make shelves and clutter items separate. It probably comes down to the amount of items they can have in a pack. Having all of those teapots/decorations separate from the shelf would be more versatile, but it would mean that they wouldn't be able to fit as many items in the pack overall. To which I say that EA needs to allocate more budget to the Sims team so that packs can be bigger!

Incredible builds! It's really fascinating how they have "Japanese"-looking Simlish distinguished from the "common" Simlish!
I love everyone's builds they're absolutely gorgeous. However, I didn't see shoji boards, just chess. & I thought in the area where there was no yards... there were still yards. I'll probably take those out and make them blend in more with the surroundings considering Japanese lifestyle is very minimalistic. It is nothing against any of you. Your homes are amazing! It's just not my Japanese dream home. I love that they allowed people to join the project. I just expected the modern locations to look modern on the outside as well. You all did an amazing job thinking about how the sims will feel in each area. My favorite will probably be the lounge with the piano. You guys thought a lot about your fellow simmers and what we'd want/need in the homes and that is the best part. We love you all.
I’m so happy you and other talented builders had the opportunity to do this! This pack just feels so special, especially now knowing you guys had a part on it. I really hope EA will keep doing this for future packs, because every build looks so much more interesting!
The counters have been usable shelves almost makes up for the Star wars pack.

I think you did absolutely amazing with the bar area. I'm not Japanese, but I've studied there twice and seeing the bar in the trailer gave me so much nostalgia. I appreciate the research you and the others have done!

SUCH a weird feeling opening up the game with a new pack and actually be excited to play with the existing builds and them not feel rushed and kinda ugly. You did a great job and having you guys make builds is a wonderful idea.

When I get an anxiety attack I always watch Sims videos. They completely distract my mind and helps calm me down. I find it so relaxing and far removed from real life problems. 😚

Oh my god these builds are so good! I live in Japan so I was really excited about what kind of build things we would have in this expansion, and I have to say you did a REALLY great job making these lots! The tile and the shoe shelf in the genkans of the houses, the posters in the windows at the bar... it really is the little things. I can’t wait to play in your builds! Bravo!

I only got Snowy Escape recently, and I just visited your rental lot for the first time at 5-1-2 Kiyomatsu last night. I've never loaded into a build and had my face light up absolutely instantly. There were so many cute little details and I don't think I've ever enjoyed a lot as much as I did yours. It was gorgeous and I took so, so many nice photos of my sims. I had to find out who built it and I'm so glad I did - sure it's two years later but I still wanted to say thank you for such beautiful work :D I've never really enjoyed the vacation feature all that much but I'll be using it a lot more now. Thank you!!
