i feel like a cool teen room would be a teen who wants to travel when they're older. The luggage nightstand and the postcards, and probably much other things in the game that can contribute to this type of room!

I think a fun idea for a teen or a child would be an ice skating child I think thats something I have not seen yet in the Sims 4. I thaught of that when I again realized that we have gotten the Ice skating area with seasons which I think is very underrated
For me at least I never get to use the ice skating area because it’s just so big and I can never reasonably fit it onto the lot without it looking ridiculous (that might just be me being terrible at building anything other than homes tho lmao)

An ex-seaman that loves the sea and everything from it
A sim that is convinced occult sims exist and collects everything that may guide them to them
A florist that is trying to take care of his stepdaughter (his dead girlfriend's daughter)
I probably fit under the geek that pretends not to be one. None of my friends really know that I enjoy tech and gaming 😂. its just not something I openly talk about because I don't think many people share the same interest as me

This is one of the best builds in my opinion. It's just so cozy and beautiful and the landscaping plus the ivy on the outside is soooo good

When I watch your videos I'm always like "ew don't do that" at first but then it all comes together and I see your vision and I'm like ahhhhh I wish I could be that good at building.
One of my saves is a seasonal game with 4 families that I play. Each family is in a different world and each is themed on one season, so I have my autumn family, my winter/Christmas family, my spring family and my summer family. I only play each family during "their" season. It allowed me to go overboard with the seasonal colour schemes, holiday decorations, and even the names and outfits of my Sims and their pets. Switching out decorations for each season gets tedious very quickly, even on long seasons, but this method lets me enjoy seasonal themes without having to makeover the house every few Sim weeks.

I recently spent a long time going through debug and meticulously placing stuff for a build and I left it alone for a little bit and I came back and realized I hadn’t saved. I haven’t tried to redo it yet lol but I have worked on other parts, now saving like every 5 minutes, so I totally feel that frustration! I love the build, it looks super cozy, and I think the new shaders helps with that too! I do like the long living rooms, not bc I usually do, but it feels like something you would encounter in real life with houses. Can’t wait for the next video ! ☺️

Oh I LOVE this house, it's so cosy and homey and perfect for the season!! I'd love to see MORE houses like this (a whole suburban fall neighborhood 😍) Maybe also a traditional but renovated farmhouse in a similar style to this house for a multi generational family with multiple children too!

Simlicy for the 3-story apartment you can make like siblings that are both actors and they like the old movies and the one of the siblings(the boy) has a best friend who’s also an actor, but he likes more the superheroes. That can a household for the 3-story apartment

You could always do a room for a kid/teen that's really into archeology and into the world that came with jungle adventure, and you could do a kid/teen room for someone who's obessed with the beach and decorate their room sulani inspired

A cool idea for a sim might be a boy child whose really into nature and camping. His dream is to be a scout and to earn all the badged.
Who thinks she should build a house for “a family on a budget” so like the furniture doesn’t match but like the walls are just not all done and just the simple stuff, maybe the bedroom doesn’t match perfectly or something. they could have like two kids and a mom and dad! You can make up the rest! Like this if you think she should so simlicy can see this!

I was wondering if you had done something where the teen aspires to be in the military career? In my current save file I just used that as one of my storylines and I had a harder time decorating the bedroom because I was thinking they'd probably be active and more minimalistic. But I would love to see you do something like that, your decorating and design skills are by far the best I have ever seen.
