Thank you for this. Just got this printer and was wondering if you could explain why the printer takes so much longer to print from the app on my phone than from the computer? I have always printed from my phone but it seems to take forever for the page to print from my phone.
When i use my phone I’m next to it so haven’t noticed that. Try being close. See if that does anything
Question, so if I happen to have an email with an attachment can I print that from there or I have to go into the app to print it? Also for pictures, when I go into my iPhone gallery can I print from there or I have go into the app to find the picture and print it?
Might depend on device. I noticed some things, like picture or file in a text won’t print from there. But will from phone.

Set up the printer with my laptop . But I’m trying to use my iPhone and I’m having trouble it’s not recognizing it . The printer is on wifi and so is my phone
And you set it all up etc? Try restarting both. Should work just as I showed here
I bought the Epson Ecotank, downloaded the remote printer driver.. BUT will it print remotely if the printer is not ON... My Canon turns on when I click print from my computer but I cannot get the Epson to do this.. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Downloaded the app. Trying to print from IPad but it keeps giving me an error code saying there is a paper jam. Not on the printer, only in the app. There is no paper jam. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app but still get the error. Any idea on how to fix it?
That’s weird. If printed at all , just check inside nothing is Stuck.

Question ok im using my phone to print so when im using sublimation paper how do I turn the mirror on my phone because the letter are backwards when I press the paper on my shirt

Mine just gives me an error and says to check for jam, which there isn’t one. Says to turn off then on which does nothing. And to see the screen for what it says on the printer which it says nothing… please help
Open it all up. Nothing stuck anywhere. Maybe align trays etc. reset paper feed

Thank you for vid. QUESTION: I'm trying to print a simple Word doc from my Iphone 13 with my brand new Epson ET-3850. The Print Dialogue doesn't show up as it would with a HP or other printer. I called customer service and was asked to download Epson iPrint or Epson Smart Panel Both apps disrupt the formatting of the doc and print in huge font. I tried with several different documents and it's the same thing. (Silly to think that anyone who wants to print needs to download and set up a whole different app just to print a page!). From Apple computer there's no issue. Help! I don't want to return this printer. It promised to be great :(
yeah. to print from phone i think you need app. i printed excels and pdf from my phone with no issue. i think it automatically loaded into the app. i woudl say just print from laptop instead to get it right. phones / ipads, always have limited capabilites. PC will always be better. Thanks

PLEASE HELP! For some reason my printer won’t connect to my iPhone. I’ve done everything in this video and my printer is connected to my Wi-Fi. So please advise what I’m not doing or need to do.
possibly turn off iphone and retry. also printer has strong connection to the wifi. maybe needs to be relocated. only things that come to mind at the moment.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
