    Thank you for this. How can we do those exercises without the resistance band attached to the wall?

      You can omit the band! So do exercise without using the band!

My third baby in three years here and 35 weeks… I can say that this is the first time I sincerely feel like I’m training for birth not just working my body to be in shape as I did with the past pregnancies.       You could! But it’s more of a prenatal prep workout!

      You can do it any week! I’m in my second trimester In this video but you can be earlier or later!

    I have scoliosis and currently 38w5 d. Finding that I can't do the standing hip shift on the left side. Like baby is laying right there on that nerve and my leg goes numb.

      You can try it from an all fours position and see if that’s more manageable!
