I’m 14 weeks pregnant. I stopped working out when i found out i was pregnant and I’ve been sedentary for for the first trimester to make sure to not put myself at risk. Now entering my second trimester this has been my first workout and oh my lawd my hip external rotation was burning in a good way. Everything was popin and cracklin 😅 but oh I’m feeling so good now that I’ve completed it. Will def come back for more workouts. Thank you.

There was a lot of the leg/hip work I couldn't do comfortably because of pelvic girdle pain but it's still great. I'm just working within my comfort limits at 35 weeks. Thank you for another great video.

I finally felt like I could move a little extra today and decided to try this! I’m sore but so grateful to be moving my body again! This is a favorite for sure!

Hi! I have a question. I’ve been doing your videos for my pregnancy workouts and I want to ask, during the leg exercises I only feel strain in my lower calves and knees. You always mention feeling it in your hips but I never do. I sometimes quit the exercise out of pain. Am I doing these wrong??

Love this workout. My only question is what can I do to support my knees? The start to hurt from the pressure and weight I think. I’m going to try a thicker mat as the one I use is rather thin. But any other advice would be appreciated. Thank you again ❤

Loved that this didnt make me sweat or lose my breath but I could definitely feel the burn in my glutes!

Use a blanket and fold it until it gets really thick. I do the same and it works for me.
