?? It obviously means that the baby's overpowered duh
I literally did this workout 2 hrs after my water broke. Water was clear and I stayed at home for 9 hrs. Came to hospital already 8 cm dilated. Baby was in perfect position and I gave birth in less than one hour on a birth chair. During pregnancy I followed your workouts and mobility samples and videos. Followed your podcast and pregnancy by weeks... you were with me my whole pregnancy. Thank you for everything you share. ❤

How do you insert it? I've heard poke a hole and stick it in there but then how do you get it out???
Love this
Statistics say otherwise, in countries where midwives are the main care provider there is a dramatic drop in infant and mother mortality
Thank you for this episode! I attempted to have an epidural with my first born. It was a terrible experience and in the end, did not work. This time, I’m determined to have a natural birth if at all possible so I don’t repeat that experience.
This was a phenomenal reminder. I’m in my 50’s so my child is grown, but I do have farm animals. I have to constantly stop my work (and thus my train of thought) to tend to them. At first it was annoying, but now I’ve grown to love the frequent reminders to get up and move, get some sunshine, and take those much needed breaks. It might take longer to write my book, but nothing can replace the amount of joy and peace animals bring you! “Do today’s work today, and let tomorrow worry about itself.”
What's the loose band around your knee do during the kneeling twist and last standing exercise
This is just a guess but it could be there on the last exercise as a subtle cue to externally rotate at the hip so that knee tracks over center of the foot, or so that she can have slight resistance on the adductor muscles on the inner thigh during the first exercise you mentioned. Hope that makes sense.
Okay but how do I workout with a chaos gremlin? I mean… a toddler? 😂
lmao, this is the funniest thing i have seen all day XD
I had a nurse tell me to be quiet because there were people sleeping down the hall. It was my first birth, and it was so fast I was in shock afterward. I told her to leave the room.
❤ Much respect! Very inspiring to say the least ❤
So how do I order baby to be born right?
Early
Totally relatable! Also what a sweet lil baby ❤ Good for you for trying to exercise while watching her. I can’t really do it unless it’s some chill yoga or stretching. We take turns watching the kids while the other person does their workout.
Early
I had a boy and was nauseous without a break the entire pregnancy, and the entire time i was breastfeeding. It did not lessen or stop until we switched to formula
YESSS
Is there a version of this for pregnant women?
I was born feet first does that mean my mom was my hat at that moment
Excelente
Partner
Superset or normal with?
But does the father have to stop his activities? Mhmm…
He does if he’s working out with us too-he usually takes the lead on tending to her and our other kids when we do workouts together on the weekends since he gets to workout solo during the week at work. But he was home with our older kids while I did a workout with our baby.
Thank you for this so helpful!
Thank you!!!!
Nice! I didn’t think about this stuff. But if I had a kid, might in the moment.
Is it best to have sex now while I’m in High Fertility or wait until it’s at Peak Fertility? Also thank you 🙏🏾
From which week one can practice this.
Any time is fine!
Will these cause an OA baby to turn OP?
No; they are more about making it easier for baby to rotate to their best position when labor begins.
@@MamasteFit awesome! thanks so much!
My first two were precipitous labors. Woke up at night with my first in transition at 38 w 4 days. 15 minutes later, at the hospital, I was 8 cm. It was so fast I didn't think once about the pain or what I could do about it. I just breathed as deeply as I could and tried not to push until the doctor said I was 10 cm. I am pregnant with my third now. 39 weeks today, and I will likely have a third fast labor and delivery with no time to think 😅

22 weeks here and learning this now in advance! Can feel kicks but hopefully this becomes clearer as the weeks go on 😅
@mamastefit is this workout anywhere in the paywall on-demand workouts?
Yes-it’s in the birth prep on demand program and the 2nd trimester on demand program
It’s between workout 18/19 on the on demand one
Doing this at 40+5 ❤
Nope...I was induced and it was horrible. I never paid the doctor as a result.
Thank you, this was very helpful & very inspiring! I want to get back to my regular ppm workouts I used to do. My 4 month old baby is a chunky 21+ lb boy and definitely counts as a kettlebell 😂
Oh he definitely counts as a weight!
Thank you for these tips! Been getting closer to labor as my due date is 1/6/25 with baby #3 TOLAC. SPD pain in my groin and lots of Braxton hicks this week.
I hope it helps!
Yes my hospital even offered a comfort cart with combs tea lights oils and so much more to help me ease the pain. I had lights off the entire time up until pushing and my nurses were there every step of the way encouraging and empowering me. It was magical and I had a vbac with a 10 pounder. Inductions can be unmedicated and magical.

That how my brother is rn 😭
My visiting nurse kept stressing tummy time, even though we kept telling her that he was always being held on our chests, and worn in a carrier. I mean, the boy was already holding his head up by 2 weeks!
They call it tummy time but it's really neck and back muscles work out time! 😊
I did not know baby on the chest counted..good. my daughter hat3d tummy time she would scream until you picked her up. She never even crawled...literally walked before crawled, but she laid on my chest all the time.
Yes the chest can count! It’s my fav way for little babies
Is that plank for breech tilt available for purchase somewhere?
It was a wooden slide from our kids toy haha, but you can use an ironing board
Women are so amazing! Filming a video and working out while in early labor! I hope to be able to do this if I go into labor!
Thank you! It was super early so it was super manageable for me at this point!
