Lol one gives unlimited data the other doesnt as i user of MTN 5G i regret not getting Starlink i know how much i have spent on data that isnt even reliable , Useless mtn , i will he abandoning them as soon as possible 💀💀
I went to Enugu from Ph ans couldn't even stream DSTV app on 360p in Enugu but I can do 1080p in Ph. Let's not even talk about network degradation during peak hours 10-6pm. The biggest problem with Nigerian GSM companies is capacity issues. And NCC is doing nothing about them expanding their network capacity to service their customers well. Starlink is way better in this regard
sir please i currently work in a company as an IT office, the company just bought Starlink three weeks ago, we were using airtel 10mbps bandwidth before we got the Starlink, now my Boss is planning to discontinue the airtel, do you think that's a good idea
Nice one sir... You just gained a subscriber!! Your mic sounds well, i like it! Please what mic are you using? And where can i get it from? @ what cost please?
That's Not true, Though I'm not really a fan of MTN, it's still the GOAT of speed here in Nigeria (Including uploading and downloading) but, I strongly detest it in terms of reliability. Starlink is still very much solid and reliable all round from my experience so far.
Lagos has a lot of options depending on your area. Fibre 1, IS, Tizeti, NGcom, the list is plenty. Just let know your area so I can make more appropriate recommendations
The big problem with MTN latency is that it varies depending on your distance from a mask or the strength of your network. Starlink is way better in that it gives similar latency across Nigeria. Follow me on Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok. I posted some latency test with COD Mobile
I don't think the problem is with the type of inverter. Starlink is designed in the USA and their weather is way cooler than where you are. You may have to find a type of fan to keep it cooler because changing inverter won't reduce the modem's temperature
@@abrahamjulius7089 I switched to star link long ago but I would advise u get AIRTEL they give actual unlimited data even though it gets slower when cappped , and their network don’t cut off stupidly like MTN
Generally, MTN 5G is faster but Airtel seem to be more stable and has stronger penetration in my area. It's all dependent on the area you want to use it - MTN 5G may be better or Airtel 5G better. However, these two options are better than Glo and 9mobile because they've refused to do 5G
Go for mtn. I have the two, Airtel is cheaper and unnoticeable better for streaming and downloading sometimes than mtn but mtn is better for all round use. Airtel can't open some pages sometimes. Most noticeable website unable to open are caused by internet service and Airtel is a big one at that. I use tradingview everyday Airtel most times do not open chart page.
At this point on making this comment, the only plan available in Lagos is ROAM which cost about N180k monthly. I am currently feeling bad because I bought my starlink yesterday and I was expecting to signup for residential plan but no... I am asked to pay about N180k
@@xxviwells2787. It's not misleading. Lagos is congested with users of the satellite. In fact, if you want to buy the satellite from their website with Lagos as your address, you will see the amount you'd have to pay to subscribe monthly. Do you research.
Apart from the valuable information presented, this video it is brilliantly done, world class work. Well done man. 👍🏾
Thanks for your comment

No! U're wrong sir, Starlink has a better upload speed than MTN 5G
No it doesn't lol. Starlink's upload isn't great. not comparable to mtn 5G

One huge point for Starlink is that its unlimited
