I just got TWW3 recently and my first campaign was the Ironbrow Expedition for the Dwarfs. I was doing Ok, having taken most of the mountain range and I had just taken Karaz-a-Karak. I had not went to war with or confederated any of the other Dwarf factions and was on good terms with them. I was constantly beating back armies from Skarbrand and the greenskins coming in from the wastes, so most of my focus was there, I was about to move out to take out Skarbrands faction until Kroq-Gar south of me declared war. They were fighting Khemri who I was allied with, so I thought they'd leave me alone, but it turns out TikTakToe had allied Kroq-Gar and they together were beating the shit out of Setra. I unfortunately had left the area where Lybaras spawns completely unguarded. Just as I had pulled my spare armies back to deal with Kroq-Gar I got the grudge too far event. My main army with all my good troops was in Karaz-a-Karak completely surrounded, the dwarves that spawn near the dragon high elf guy were alive and started taking my settlements there, and I was losing ground to the lizards in the south, not to mention the unending stacks of greenskins and chaos demons I hadn't been able to finish off. With that my first playthrough came to an end as I had no way to fight on so many fronts. I played another 10 turns or so and watched as my armies and strongholds fell 1 by 1 until I gave in and called it quits. It was such a surprise coming from playing TWW2 where by turn 100 you're near unstoppable. I may have lost, but those last 20 turns or so were so much fun.
i got hit with the vampire endgame while raiding the norscans with my 2 royal armies as brettonia needless to say that i got my shit rocked and am still trying to get them out of my castles
What annoys me that for a campaign victory you either need to beat the endgame crisis, or have a total Domination victory where you need to conquer literally half the world.
I may have lost, but those last 20 turns or so were so much fun.
lol the end times are no joke honestly
i got hit with the vampire endgame while raiding the norscans with my 2 royal armies as brettonia needless to say that i got my shit rocked and am still trying to get them out of my castles
Is there a chaos endgame? Great vid btw.
What annoys me that for a campaign victory you either need to beat the endgame crisis, or have a total Domination victory where you need to conquer literally half the world. Would be nice if there could be some other, more faction specific endings, like some Quest battles or a faction specific "smaller" crisis (btw It annoys me that the crisis is only at war with the Player and nobody else
Do these stacks only come for the player?
Can more than one of these events happen in a long Immortal Empire game?
Yes they only come for the player. And I'm not sure about the multiple events because handling one is just almost impossible for me
Would be great with a Grom Waaagh or a Dark Elf Invasion, if you're playing HE in Ulthuan
I'm not sure if its a bug or not but the end game scenario respawns destroyed factions. Anyone know if this is intentional?
It is intentional
@@Snakes_must_Pay Thank you, it was my demise in my last play through haha
Dawi certainly is the scariest. Damn tanky bois
I would like to see a Skaven endgame crisis. As in an actual Vermintide. Also the End Times/Chaos Invasion but good.
i want to see an empire one where all the empire factions unite under the banner of franz and he SUMMON`s the elector counts
How about all Human factions?
@@JoshSweetvale norsca is technically also a human faction so that wouldn't work
@@adventure_skaut It would work just as I described. Norsca are Chaos. What, is Sigvald a Human faction? Is Throgg? Get sober.
haha, loved the stellaris card.
Can you do a guide for the empire
They could do pretty much every faction here and it would be terrifying... I think dwarves nd greenskins are the scariest. Dawi cuz those little stubby dudes back a ton of armor and lots of artillery. Greenskins cuz their armies can waaaagh!
Id like to see them implement more. Like i said. Every race. They could do some thematic ones too. Skavens will be The Vermintide. Chaos could be The End Times. But even like lizardmen and call it like The Great Plan Realized or something. That would be terrifying... I love that these exist now and its not just chaos every time. You cant exactly tool yourself for the end game cuz you dont know what one it will be and thats great
That was quick
0:15 it didnt come from stellaris, it came from Medieval 2. the huns would invade.
Wish they had an endgame scenario for lizardmen!
Wood elves crisis is by far the worst. Their armies are a nightmare to defeat
Im really suprised theres no longer a chaos endgame. Thats... Really disappointing ngl.
I guess buffing up all chaos factions would be insane because theres so damn many now, but you could even restrict it to just a certain god/undivided, or just warriors and no demons
I've been on receiving end of the waaagh. Can confirm, it is not fun.
I love the Waagh end game scenario. Cause it's fun to watch the Orks get shot while my front line units hold the line. Having a healing hero helps a lot especially if you are playing the vampire coast.
I’m in a duo campaign…he play bretonnia and i’m playing vc as soon i take altdorf end game with the elves…they will destroy us 😂😂😂
a end times end game scenario is a must be. daemons chaos norsca beastman and skaven all going amok. while all other factions having increased relationships with each other to fight the end times. dark elves allied high elves bloody carsteins allied the empire in the end times. even nagash kind of allied the empire.
urgh
No Skaven end game? Bah! Probably add that with Thanquel.
Now I wanna know what lore reasons are behind this. 🤔
Trinston was here. .
My go to settings are 123 intensity and scenario happen between turn 69 and 420
I love the Stellaris reference xDDD
my only wish is for them to make the AI not all trigger against you ... :(
Playing pirates of sartosa and having either wood elves or dwarves going on without being prepared for it lost me two seperate campaigns lmao
Also i do think it's poor design that a lot of these exclusively declare war on the player, it feels kinda cheap, especially when the wood elves have plenty of enemies themselves
Bloody dwarves
These endgame scenarios add a lot to the boring campaign endgame
Dwarves are tough? Must be talking about a different game, cuz in wh3, they are a punching bag. It's therapeutic
Comments for the algorithm god!
Nah greenskins are nothing compared to the Wild Hunt, they SUCK (Wood Elfs) are far the most annoying
we need a bigger chin mod for Festus
You _seriously_ need to slow down 10 in your speech.
i hate it so far
