And with this win, you may not notice it, but backup closer Will Smith became the first player in MLB history to win 3 consecutive World Series with 3 different teams (Braves in '21, Astros in '22, and Rangers in '23).
I’m happy that the Rangers won and I’m also happy that these teams knocked out all those other big market teams that are normally in the World Series. Ratings be damned.
I guess he didn’t like that strike 3 call or he didn’t like his DBacks losing the World Series, but he made himself look cool on TV by giving everyone the middle finger. 😂 😂😂😂😂😂😂 that was funny looking back on it.
I saw a baseball fan-RUclipsr, rate the last 20-30 World Series including this one. He had the Rangers championship in the C or D tier, I forget which, but it made me realize that I don’t think most people realize how close this series really was. On paper, I kinda get it. Outside of game 1, It would appear that it was a Snoozefest World Series. Game 2 the Rangers were outscored by 8 runs And game 4 The Rangers put up 11 runs, before the Diamondbacks finally made it somewhat interesting in the 8th and 9th innings. However, games 3, 5 and Obviously 1, were Tightly played games Thanks mostly to spectacular defensive efforts from both teams. I personally am glad that we have the technology of video replay, because there were some excellent defensive plays from Seager and Semien and Jung that even I would have second-guessed had I not seen the play in super slow motion. Yes, I can see that the competitive run scoring was a bit to be desired but it ended up being only a 4 run difference by the end of the series. Bottom line, I wouldn’t have had this World Series at an A and especially the S tier, but a fair rating would be a B or a B.5.
Still, I*d like to see them W a couple more world titles for just the Semien + Seager contracts. Exorbitant half a billion dollars 💰 for ur middle infield alone. WS title is a good thing to build on + Seager mvp adds a couple more points imo
I guess the East and West Coast elites thought this was a "boring" World Series, but the Rangers beat your AS_ES! Just saying, East and West Coast elites who said these 2 teams were not interesting.

I’m a Rangers fan but I was born in San Diego. I’ve always had a soft spot for the Padres. I hope they win it in the next few years.
@@scot60 there’s a good chance they do. Talent is not a question for them. It’s definitely leadership from management to the veterans and their stars. A lot of immaturity on that team
And with this win, you may not notice it, but backup closer Will Smith became the first player in MLB history to win 3 consecutive World Series with 3 different teams (Braves in '21, Astros in '22, and Rangers in '23).
All hail the champs! Texas Rangers.🎉
I’m happy that the Rangers won and I’m also happy that these teams knocked out all those other big market teams that are normally in the World Series. Ratings be damned.
Badass story Man GO RANGERS!🤠
Year of the first timers. Denver Nuggets and the Rangers.
Las Vegas Golden Knights (NHL)
Good for the rangers ❤️
Unbelievable! Wow!
9:28, dude at the back with the red towel on his head puts up the middle finger hahahahahaha
I guess he didn’t like that strike 3 call or he didn’t like his DBacks losing the World Series, but he made himself look cool on TV by giving everyone the middle finger. 😂 😂😂😂😂😂😂 that was funny looking back on it.
My Rangers 2023 WS CHAMPIONS.
It feels good as a Rangers fan to see them win it all after hearing the doubters all year long.
The Dallas Metro area is a huge market...
They were already winners when they refused to do pander for Pride Nights
as a rays fan that was at the playoff game i knew the rangers were gonna win they just hot at the right time
From no-hitter, to 3 hitter, Rangers lead, 1st and 2nd with no outs, great effort young man, now hit the showers.
The last ticket to the last seat for the last inning of the last game may have sold to the last man at the last stand that at last was standing
Go Rangers! World Series Champs!

FINALLY! 2023 MLB Champions .....yes 55 year old did cry
Congrats. ❤❤
Rangers were 40-41 on road. Not that bad of a road record. Over dramatizing the loss record on the road
Still, I*d like to see them W a couple more world titles for just the Semien + Seager contracts. Exorbitant half a billion dollars 💰 for ur middle infield alone. WS title is a good thing to build on + Seager mvp adds a couple more points imo
If they can keep solid rotation with a revamped bullpen, they can absolutely win 1-2 more rings
I guess the East and West Coast elites thought this was a "boring" World Series, but the Rangers beat your AS_ES! Just saying, East and West Coast elites who said these 2 teams were not interesting.
