I'm a trainer for a large trucking company. Had a student that I would drop off at a hotel every day after each shift then i'd drive the 40 minutes home. That in itself was a courtesy so they wouldn't have to stay in the truck overnight. We had a really long shift during the last week she was in the truck. I was worn out when I dropped her off and we had another long day ahead so I was already missing sleep I would have otherwise gotten without needing to drop her off. I had just gotten home and she called me saying she was dealing with the police of the town I had left her in. She was asking that I come back and help her out. When I asked what the deal was she said KFC wouldn't give her a refund for getting her order wrong and she threw a fit and had the police called on her. She had ordered her food, walked back to the hotel and realized her order was wrong. By the time she got back to the KFC 45 minutes had passed so they refused to refund or fix the order because she should have looked in the bag before she left. So they refused either option. She raised a fit and got the police called and ended up getting a citation for public disturbance and she was trespassed from the KFC. I got a new student the next day. People are absolutely unhinged and entitled beyond belief.

There is no crime. What crime can they say she committed. They would have arrested her for it. They arrested her for no giving ID. Federal law is clear. Unless you have been arrested you do not have to show your Id.
Failure to identify is a secondary charge. She has been trespassed, therefore she hasn't committed a crime unless she a) refuses to leave or b) she comes back on the property. She didn't have to identify, technically, according to the law.
They asked her to leave and she didn’t so she’s trespassing and they are reporting the trespassing to it’s recorded she’s not allowed there so in order to have that she’s not allowed there they need her ID

It's not really the cheese. She's emotionally dysregulated so that just triggered her psychopathic reactivity. She's ill so she goes out into the world with the inability to react normally to an accident...People working fast food that forgot a slice of cheese on it...Something that takes 3-5 seconds to fix. We had a really long shift during the last week she was in the truck. I was worn out when I dropped her off and we had another long day ahead so I was already missing sleep I would have otherwise gotten without needing to drop her off.
