"Your honor my client is not guilty due to the officer breaking his pinky promise "
🤣
And being a bad driver 😅
The cop driving recklessly and putting the kids life in danger should be more than enough to dismiss the charges. The cop had no reason to drive like a manic and wreck the car.
@@adamr9215 wdym the officer had to . The guy came out his cuffs, started banging on the glass and threatening the officer.
@@pepepantuflas1 It’s not glass, it’s plexi designed to keep people from breaking through. It was idiotic to speed just because he panicked, that just put more people in danger. He should have stopped immediately and gotten his taser out. Putting the hammer down in traffic was the dumbest move the cop could have made. The cop should have been charged and locked up.
That was a brilliantly planned and executed escape on the part of Logan
😂😁😭😅🤣
i can imagine his thinking process:
-get the handcuffs off
-mess with the officer so he crashes
-flying out of the back glass and stomping all my bones in the ground
-run away on a residential area, because no one is going to try to stop me because im playing fair.
Good thing the cops can be relied upon to be the dumbest people you'd want responding to an emergency.

The problem here: no one seat belted him in, and NO ONE SEARCHED HIM!
Crazy to me that they weren't put on tight enough twice for him to be able to slip out.
Weird thing is, apparently they did search him and made a checklist of what he had in his pockets. Don't know how they missed a lighter, unless it was shoved in his prison wallet.
They DID Search him. Just not his penis/under it.
Think the worst thing is the cop panicking. All he had to do was slow down, park his car and call for back up to help get this guy under control, shows a lack of initiative.

Crazy that they arrested this kid for being drunk in public but in my little town they absolutely refuse to even show up to deal with methheads that are strung out and screaming at passing children and coloring the roadway with a bar of soap.
You must live in a decent sized city😂😂 I lived in LA for a year and there were just next to no cops and about a million crimes. I’d see people shooting up on the sidewalks yelling and all that stuff. Back in my 1,000 pop town (back at now) you will get pulled if you’re committing anything haha
Deal with them yourselves. Paintball guns work great.

Same with people in Denver they can be as strung out as they want as long as they say that are homeless.

I guess that he ran away after getting thrown out, otherwise that is proof of that cops in USA obviously no have any requirements of at least normal IQ
He ran away. If he stayed where he landed (a few yards away) or closer, he wouldn't have been charged for escape. Did you not listen to the details where he described him running away from the scene, being cornered by onlookers as they saw the crash and his hand cuffs on one hand, while he screamed at said onlookers keeping him from running away by cornering him before police had to taze him for resisting arrest when they arrived?

I'm often technically drunk in public (as are many) yet I can handle it and I don't cause any problems, so I don't see how that would be an arrestable offence.
Found the drunk
I'm not at all surprised Logan was ok after being ejected from the back seat - I once had a friend who fell headfirst down 36 steps in a nightclub and he was so drunk he landed square on his feet and just walked onto the street like nothing happened.
I can confirm drink dulls pain. Quite a few years ago, I had been out drinking with workmates for our Xmas do. On my home while extremely drunk I was attacked from behind by 2 people. I knew there was no way I'd be able to get up or fight back as they were right on top of me. I curled up and tried to protect my face/head as they began to kick me. I don't know how long it lasted I just tried to keep me head protected. When it ended I was able to get up, give a statement to the police and get home. As I started to sober up the pain began and I couldn't get to sleep. I had to go to A&E as I was in excruciating pain. Bruises all over my arms, back and legs and a couple big lumps on my head and a few cuts dotted about. Doctors were concerned they had ruptured my spleen, luckily it was only muscular pain and the cuts were superficial. Swear my bikers leather jacket helped protect my body
Muscle tension plays a huge part in injury, drunk people generally just ragdoll while sober people will do whatever feels right to them to try and prevent such motion.
To be fair, just because he doesnt feel it doesnt mean the damage isnt there, he wasnt actin off after was he? Lol

He was a rookie? The guy probably needed a supervisor there with him, the kid who was drunk was threatening him, taking off the cuffs and trying to punch the window that separates them both? Yes he should’ve stopped and asked for backup to help but imagine the pressure on a young black police officer when they call in for backup because of a drunk teenager? It wouldn't be attempted murder, but reckless driving and something about not following the proper procedures of their PD.
Yeah sure thing. The cop needs to be charged for attempted murder. Okay. The only reason why the cop was driving fast, was because the kid was being a thug and got out of his handcuffs. Also, it was a bit of an emergency in order for him to get there as soon as he could. Obviously, he was concerned and panicked because he hadn't encountered that before and didn't know what to do. No real winners here, the police (not just the rookie) handled this about as poorly as possible. They escalated the situation whenever possible. First when they yanked him out of the car when he was clearly going to come out himself (like he said he would if he let go of his arm) and then the rookie with the most puzzling decision I've ever seen to just slam on the accelerator because this guy is out of cuffs. 'Get him away from the public'? What are you suddenly concerned this guy has a suicide-bomb vest or something now because he pulled out a lighter?? A fucking uber driver would have handled this situation better - pull over, lock your doors and call the police. But this guy IS police! Being drunk is almost like a superpower.
You don’t break a pinky promise to the handcuff Houdini and live to tell about it.
I haven’t finished the video yet but this dude has his own RUclips channel. I’m not sure if EWU mentions it but seriously it’s HILARIOUS he is threatening to sue the police and everyone who watched the video.
Here’s a link to one of his updates lol.

Amazing
I feel like the family could've had a better case if they went after the fact that Logan was not seat belted. Their case is weak, he shouldn't have had his lights and sirens on??
"bouncing through the rear window" takes me the hell out every single time
It's crazy that the cop got fired for using a gas card but other cops that beat people senseless might at most get transferred.
I like this guy. He plays fair.
