This is what I epxect from this kind of videos. All you need to know delivered in just 1 minute.
Yeah, I was really surprised when it ended. I was already leaving, anticipating that there would be 3-4 more minutes of repetetive info, but there wasn't.
Pleasant surprise. Nice.
For real !!!!! This is what we need !
Athlean is so bad. It's 10 min
@@jarenventures shut up!
@@ililcookie_ Agreed.
Pretty underrated, but brutal exercise.
Short, sweet, and to the point. As a personal trainer, I like to watch videos like this to ensure I don't forget a detail before showing an exercise to a client. Some are too long winded, so I appreciate this concise video!
Short, simple, straight to the point! Thank you!
Simple, fast, informative information. Love it! Especially when I like to review form before a lift I do all the time to ensure consistency and proper training
Renegade rows are absolutely brutal, and my new favourite excercise! 😄
they're also really bad, don't.
@@Lepushii why are they bad?
Short and substantial. Thank you.
Superb video keeping major mistakes in mind and very precisely explaining the workout 👏👏👏
You just earned yourself a subscriber! Detailed!
That was a crisp video, dude!
Thank you!
good video. liked how you pointed out common mistakes
Thanks, Trinidad!
Very well explained! Good job, thank you
This exercise is a legit bruiser!
I tried these with 10 pound dumbbells and was humbled.
Thank you
THANKS AM GONNA TRY IT
Thanks A Lot Sir For Your Great Knowledge ❤😍💓💗👌👍👏🙌☺😌😊❤😍💓🙏😇💪🔥
Just one small quibble: You'll have to place your feet much more than shoulder-width apart if using anything but a very light weight. No amount of core strength changes the laws of static mechanics. Once the center of gravity moves outside the line between your hand on the ground and your opposite foot, you'll tip over. This guy seems to have an over-inflated idea of how wide his shoulders are!
I do this but with push up and I try to keep my feet close together I'm 140 lbs and use 35s if you have the core strength and balance you will not tip over the most that happens is sometimes one of my feet will come off the ground on later reps and I'll have to balance on one leg while I put the weight down
Good to know
Always struggle with these
Very gud.... effective video😋😋😋
Thank you!!!!!
Dope 🔥🔥
One man's half rep is another man's full rep....
So difficult for me to complete any exercise like this, or even basic push-ups or planks when on hands due to wrist pain. Any tips for this?
It sounds like a great option would be to get checked out by a Physical Therapist. Gripping the ground and putting the pressure on the outside bottom of the palm may help, but it sounds like there may be something structural going on, so an in person expert best.
🙏✝️🤴👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
How heavy are your dumbbells?
Sadly neither the video nor the website gives any recommendations about number of Sets & Reps
Hey Vinod - 10 total reps if you're doing slow and controlled with slightly heavier weight. 20 reps if you want to get more reps in per set with lighter weights. 2 to 3 sets can work. That's something you must figure out within the context of your own program!
@@BuiltLeanTV thanks, much appreciate 🙂
My new favorite exercise!! 👍👍
New to working out, is it normal that hands tremor after doing some of these?
What do you mean by tremor? If you are concerned, may be best to get see a doctor if you feel any unusual pain.
what does it mean by "square" hips to the ground? how do I position my body?
It means that your hips are not tilted, they are level and pointed straight at the ground. So you could balance let's say a bottle of water or stick across your back and it would not fall to the ground. In practice, this is difficult, but that's the idea. It creates more core control and engagement.
He seems like a nice guy
I'm guessing I only need to do 4 sets 2 days a week
SUPER I LIKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Jesus this was brutal when I did it
How many reps in one set
I tried doing these with rounded dumbbells... big mistake, lmao.
you can still do it, but you should do 1 side at a time and have 1 hand without a dumbbell on the ground. also to target the back more try and look to the front. this also applies to other exercises such as pull up where you want to look up at the bar.
@@mocromo2010 Thanks for the tips! I'm fairly new to all this lifting, I didn't even think of that. Cheers :)
Aren't you supposed to do a pushup between rows?
That's a variation.
LMAO!!!!! :) OK Superman!!! Im a OLD Crusty guy! 58. That was told This exercise will help my lower back pain from being a Union Ironworker for 28 yrs.( Just show us the Basics!!! )Then all you young bitches can add all the wight in the world to what you're doing!!!! Thanks......
He looks like Australian cricketer Marnus Labuschagne.
Sure now do both hands at the same time.
Dude is for sure a robot
I am half reps 😂😂😂
You mean plank dumbbell rows
To all watching this, renegade rows are bad. Don't.
How so?
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17
