    Thank you so much for your expert instructions! I do have a question - what type of foot are you using in the first part of your video, please? Thank you. I have a BL Ballad also [which I absolutely love!], but this foot was not one that came with my machine.

    • @sugarstitchesquiltco
      @sugarstitchesquiltco  Год назад

      Isn't it a great machine!!? That foot is the 1/4" quilting foot, I love it because you can use it to measure on 1/8th too! Here's the link: babylock.com/accessories/feet-attachments/14-quilting-or-patchwork-foot

    How do you finish your scrappy quilt blocks of different sizes for a quilt?

  • @robinheslop7902
    @robinheslop7902 Месяц назад +1

    I do not wash my quilts after I finish them. Can I still use the glue to hold things down ?
    Thank you

    • @sugarstitchesquiltco
      @sugarstitchesquiltco  25 дней назад

      Absolutely! I would suggest you use a non-toxic washable glue so when the quilt is eventually washed, it will wash out. Good luck :-)

      @@sugarstitchesquiltco I saw an older comment that mentioned BL Ballad. Had no clue. 😂. Finally IDd it. Wow! My husband would kill me. I have a 30 year-old and a 15 year-old Bernina. They are ancient compared to what yours is. 🥰

    When you use the clips, do you put the flat side on top or underneath?

    • @chickad5820
      @chickad5820 Год назад

      Flat side goes to the bed of your machine so it helps flow your project flatter and smoother through the needle. You got this...

    This may be the stupidest question ever - I apologise - I’m a newby. Did you add the handle on the ruler is or is a special ruler. I so struggle to keep my ruler straight for then whole length!!
