- Our Neff Dishwasher door would slam open and felt a lot heavier than normal. I traced the issue to being the Spring and/or Rope had broken. I ordered a replacement for less than £20 from Ransom Spares (part no: RS741104) and fixed it myself within 15 minutes (with filming).

Replacement springs arrived and fitted no problem BUT getting the machine back into the space has been a pain. Is there a sequence to follow because as soon as I raise the front legs the top tilts too far back? Can I prevent this by lowering the rear leg first fully to prevent this happening?
I slid it back in and adjusted the fronts slightly and then the back leg so it slowly raised level (ish) and could get the retaining screws in. Then adjusted as needed, so the gaps around the integrated door looked right with the ajacent cupboards. Takes a bit of tweaking to get it right.
