We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Palm Harbor Santa Fe 🏠 Old Creaky Hollow Subdivision! I really like this floorplan design, but the two kids bedrooms needs another 2-3 feet.

I love single wides🙂 I liked everything except for that teal color in the bathroom, I prefer earth tones because they are easier to match with the decor.
This single wide was deceptive!!! This is absolutely gorgeous on the inside!! And the plan for a community is so awesome.❤❤❤

The usb thing built into the island is cute. I love the built in tv stand in the master bedroom. The master closet is surprisingly big and wide. Beautiful master shower, I would add a seat and wand. No coat or linen closets.
if its from a cheap supplier then there is a good chance it will hack what ever you plug into it.
Quite nice for a SW 👍. Oh, and there is not a kid in there world that's going to leave that electric outlet on the island alone!

I like the fact that there are steps at the back door. When I got my double wide, I had no way to get out of my back doo r other than to jump. Plus the front has a bit of a deck with the steps. I only had one of thos concert and metal rails or whatever they were made from. Getting your home like this set up, means a savings out of pocket when moving in and those two elements would be combined in your mortgage instead of you having to find someone to install them and you have to buy them. Hard to believe the pricing. They have skyrocketed over the last couple of decades. One of the things I didn't like about this house was so many cubbyholed. Like t he island has two drawers and then I guess they expect you to stick a microwave in one of the cubbys (no too hard to get hot food out safely) but then there is another big cubby. What for. Then a bunch of shelves with all sortsd of wood in the way like cubbies. It isn't a wine holder I would think (I don't drink so I don't know), no t big enough for cookbooks, so what is that supposed to be all for decor items. This kitchen is too small to be wasting space for decorations. They do the same things with the rest of the kitchen cupboards, with more open spots. All I can see is clutter and dust. In the main bath they have open spaces at the bottom of the vanity - why? What you called a TV place in the main bedroom, I would have thought was a computer desk, and instead of drawers to keep things tidy, nope open again. I do love that closet though. Chase, I hope you don't think I'm telling you t hise to dis you. I write all this stuff, so any of the mobile home builders that want to see how people feel a bou t their stuff, can see ways to improve their product.
We had a Palm Harbor that looked like that in the late 80's but did not have the fancy items in kitchen, living room and master.

Definitely one I would live in! Just wish there was a bit more cabinet space in the kitchen! Maybe the pantry makes up for it a bit?

It has double wide upgraded features in a single wide home!
They're pretty home but I live in Texas and in the area I live in. There are a lot of scorpions and with those vents on the ceiling instead of them crawling up out of the floor vent. They're gonna be dropping from the ceiling. That's a scary feeling for me. I've lived where i've lived for about five years and i've been stung seven times by scorpions
My husband is a big fan of the Michigan Wolverines and my oldest son is a loyal fan of the Detroit Lions. And me, I could care less about football. Lol
We live in Michigan but that's probably obvious. I really like this home but I'm afraid Texas to Michigan would be too far to drive to get to work everyday. Lol
Missing: coat closet, linen storage, freezer space.

Nice, would prefer microwave over stove. Eliminate tv cutout in Main bedroom, just wall,extend closet.
Microwaves over the stove are not practical, they don’t vent as well and they don’t cover the front burners

Dark counter tops are a mistake. I've had them and they show up scratches and dings.The wood beams look so trailer...I'm sorry but it's the truth. 😊 The built ins are so trailer too.😢 Great walk in closet.

1500 a month for tour the "home"and 1k for yiur lot rent, dor that i could get a 2400 foot site built home with actual drywall tile and granite. Not batten and Board or prefabe vynal counter tops
The newer mobile homes in came a long 2000 model mobile homes. I see that they had a lot of character to the and the layout is totally I love it
It looks great all fancied up but looks the same as it always has they just reversed the kitchen and the master bedroom and then put the 2 other bedrooms and bath on other end!!!

Hi Chance, I couldn’t see the price list at the end. It was too small.
$137,500 It was at bottom left. Of course that's set up with septic on their lot where you have to pay lot rent and fees. It was hard to see I had to really look for it. Probably around $120,000 because they discount the the trailers to get you into lot rent for the rest of your life. Still, not as bad as some.

See... I only have two problems with this home. 1)No place for a freezer 2) No defined dining area. If it were me I'd shorten those windows by the "pantry" so I could have a flip up table or add in bench storage seating under it and have a table just block off that option to WALK AROUND the bar.

Lose the ceiling beams, they're ugly. A much nicer and cleaner look without them.

I don't know why everybody's anxious about these subdivision mobile home. They're expensive and you got the HOA Karen's. Best to put these on your own land forget about mobile home communities
