Pulling my right knee to my chest all the way creates the groin pain that began all this. . . which I read is sometimes a symptom of spinal stenosis. I just go as far as I can without pain. Do you have any pointers on this? Thank you for all you do and for all the people you help and have helped throughout the years. Jane
Hi Jane. Actually a groin pain with knee to chest is likely not spinal stenosis but hip joint bony changes. Commonly either osteoarthritis or femoral acetabular impingement. I would recommend some of my videos on the hip joint that will teach you how to distract your hip and resolve that groin symptom.
