      I burst into tears when I found this. I’ve been in intractable nerve pain for longer than I can remember. I’m tighter than a banjo string for fear of pain. I will give these a try.
      The service you offer is a major gift for those of us with musculoskeletal issues. Thank you.

    I tried everything to relieve the pain shooting down my legs. Nothing helped! I finally had surgery to scrape out the arthritis and open up the nerve passages. I’ve had this surgery twice. The first surgery completely removed all of my pain. The second one not so much but it’s way better than before.

    Thank you! I "tweaked" my back 3 days back and it's been incredibly, disablingly painful.
    I've just done the end of the bed, doorway and cat/camel exercises and they've relieved a lot of the symptoms, thank you so much for your videos and time and help.

    Hanging for 3 minutes on a high-bar? Respect! That's world-class. 👏In my experience, short hangs work better. The longer I hang, the more severe becomes the pain when I come down again. Also, what do you recommend: Hanging with full stretched shoulders or hanging with lat activation (preventing a full stretch)? Again, in my experience, hanging "loosely" causes pain in my (shoulder) joints.

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  7 месяцев назад +1

      Full stretched depending on the issue, however if anything causes new pain or more pain, we do not recommend continuing

    Unfortunately for some PT is not enough. That was my case. Luckily had access to a hospital that only does orthopedic surgeries and had successfully spinal fusion surgery. All I miss is not being able to ride roller-coasters due to the surgery. But I'm not in pain anymore and can do things I couldn't do before the surgery.

    Dont you want to strengthen your hip flexors to rotate your pelvis back into alignment? Also my therapist had me working my glutes/hamstrings and that seemed to help. Hanging upside down helps for a short time ❤

    I have a question. I have to lay out n my stomach all the time. Sometimes I can sit but not long. I’m getting monthly injections to get some relief and mobility. It helps but a little at a time. Can you recommend something I can sit on. I have 3 fractures in my spine, spondylitis stenosis and slip disc and 2 pinched nerves. Im tailbone hurts a lot. I’m wondering if there is a cushion or something if I sit will take the pressure off my back. My spine is unstable so I cannot have surgery. It’s all in my lower back. Thank you

    • @shepatown
      @shepatown 7 месяцев назад +1

      I've been using a variety of cushions. The latest and maybe the best for me is the wobble cushion - flat air cushion for balance, but okay for sitting. A step above that would be a waffle air seat cushion, like the brand by Vive. They both seem to accommodate various postures for me.
