- Ingredients -
1. Fried pork
⊙ Pork loin 300g
⊙ Starch 200g
⊙ Eggs 2
⊙ Cooking oil 400g
⊙ Pepper powder 7t
⊙ Salt 1tsp
⊙ High-alcohol liquor 50g
2. Grapefruit sauce
⊙ Onion 1/2
⊙ Green onion 1/2
⊙ Sesame oil as needed
⊙ Soy sauce 1tbsp
⊙ Oyster sauce 1tbsp
⊙ Fugu powder 3t
⊙ Oligosaccharide 1tsp
⊙ Grapefruit juice 50g
- Recipe -
1. Make grapefruit sauce
⊙ Cut 1/2 onion in half and chop finely.
⊙ Cut 1/2 green onion in half and chop finely. ⊙ Put a moderate amount of sesame oil in the pan and stir-fry the onions and leeks.
⊙ When the onions and leeks are stir-fried to a certain degree, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
⊙ When the onions are golden brown, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of pepper powder and stir-fry.
⊙ Add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and 50g of grapefruit juice and stir-fry once more.
2. Preparing fried pork
⊙ Cut the pork loin in half and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
⊙ Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt and 7 tablespoons of pepper powder and mix well.
⊙ Pour 50g of high-quality rice wine and mix well so that the flavor is well absorbed.
⊙ Dissolve 200g of starch and 2 eggs and mix.
⊙ Mix the starch and egg mixture well with the pork.
3. Frying the pork
⊙ Pour enough cooking oil into a deep pan and heat it to about 170 degrees.
⊙ Fry the battered meat until crispy.
4. Finishing
⊙ Place the fried meat on a plate and serve with the prepared grapefruit sauce.
