This recipe has helped my arthritic pain , it works , I make my own almond milk as the highly processed commercial and pasteurized from the stores is mostly water with a few almonds and devoid of the nutrients listed and I do use black pepper until I see evidence to the contrary .

Hey Thomas! First of all..i wanna say thanks to you for helping me know more about keto Second...How to safely out from ketonis or doing what we call "Targeted Keto Diet" Here's my problem.. First, i already do keto for about a month or more..so maybe i already in ketosis mode cuz i realy cut my carb to only +-15gram a day.. Second, I already have the benefit of keto (endurance training > improve) i can run for about 1k non stop while fasting (18/9) whitout feel muscle fatigue.. And not craving like crazy person who think life just like this "eat,life,sleep" Third..I have better mood in the morning and sharp mind sometimes..and also it reduce my stress level :) thanks for all keto benefit! Okay now lets go to the problem itself.. First...i'm 14 years old male 162-163cm, 44-45 kg..active level > school student level+running couple of gang for 5 times (per day)(not to far)+lot of training/exercise (every other day/sometimes straight days)+on saturday and sunday i trained twice a day+ and i wanna lose a little bit of body fat just a little (note= maybe i have anorexia probelm :( plus in keto it make me more afraid to eat food (sometimes i prefer dont eat if my parent leave home) .. Some women had hysterectomy for years that i know of they are still struggling it. After almost 3 weeks on my surgery I went back to workout but I started on pelvis til I can get back on Insanity. I do a bulletproof recipe with roasted cocoa beans (ground) and I use my French press to make it a hot drink. I add stevia drops, coconut oil and cinnamon. I blend it to creamy delicious protection! All that other stuff can me added too minus the milk. It’s way creamier with out the milk.

There's data showing that turmeric needs to be heated with the fat to be bio available to the body, otherwise you're only assimilating about 20% at the most (if I remember correctly..). Also heard that black pepper helps the body absorb it as well. So basically heat turmeric, pepper, almond mild and coconut oil and simmer for about 10 mins.

Don't forget to add a dash of black pepper! It also gives the boost of absorption that is equal to the fatty benefits.
