I went here at the end of oct 2024, he was a very nice guy, since I didn't speak a word of Japanese and I order the tsukemen, he thought I was mistaken it for ramen and wanted to make sure that I know that I'm not ordering ramen. I fully knew what tsukemen was and wanted it, but it was hard to explain to him that I wanted it. He had a local try to explain it to me, so the local had to use google translate. But I had to also use google translate to tell him that I wanted the tsukemen. It was delicious and I was very thankful that he had to make sure. Again, I didn't speak a word of Japanese. But I kind of understood what he meant by his body language when he explained it to another local. I think he said to them that another customer ordered the tsukemen by mistake in the past and was frustrated when they got tsukemen instead of ramen.
What a sweet genuine smile he has. I think we can all agree to wish him great success and prosperity in his business and life.
