Stumbled upon your advanced videos when searching for, well, advanced yoga 1h. Loved it, now I'm working my way through the back catalogue. 😄

Great routine and instruction! Are there any modifications you would suggest for the single knee poses. A bit hard on the knees.

Whoa. Thank you so much for this practice. It was so much fun and so creative and I feel amazing! Seriously, seriously, seriously: it was one of the absolute best yoga flows I have done on RUclips since starting my at home practice. and that tented fingers shoulder opening portion ? I hd to stop and cry on both sides. Thank you for helping me get there.

i liked the sequencing but the audio was sometimes hard to hear and the dropping of definite articles was disconcerting. maybe slow it down a wee bit and then you can speak in proper English?
