I paid monthly to go to a hot yoga studio the past 5 years, and never thought I would be able to find a practice that came close to giving me the same feeling afterward- until covid came and I had to try to find classes online.. it took months of trying different ones, and then I found your channel and it’s by far my favorite/ the tempo, the variety, the flexibility- all top notch. I am pretty picky and get impatient sometimes when I’m not getting what I need from a class- I never have that with yours- love them love them!!! Why more teachers don’t play with all the possibilities is beyond me/ thank you!

Awesome class, thank you! :) Synchronous little silly tidbit - There is a shop down the street from here called The Glow Method. I'm not quite sure what it is. I've been inspired to find out for a while - Looks pretty posh in there! Was looking for a 60 minute intermediate flow today and this called out as my chosen yoga flow today!
