You are correct, you can only save one set of settings per user preset, however, you've got a great point, that would be fantastic. I'll pass the idea by Brondell and see what they say.

Selecting/Canceling Silent Mode By default, the Swash will beep to confirm commands from the remote control. Follow the steps below to deactivate the beeping sounds. 1. Press and hold down the Power and Rear Cleansing auxiliary buttons simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds until one or more of the seat display lights start flashing. Release the buttons. NOTE: If the nightlight is turned on, it will also flash. 2. Press the Power button to Set or Cancel silent mode. a. If the Power indicator light is flashing, this indicates Silent Mode has been set. There will not be any beeping sounds when buttons on the Remote Control are pressed. b. If Power indicator light is turned off, this indicates the Silent Mode has been canceled. Beeping sounds when buttons on the Remote Control are pressed will resume. 3. The new setting will automatically be saved within 10 seconds if no other buttons are pressed, or if you press the Stop button on the remote control

No you can not . Good suggestion though!
