You should be able to slide the seat back into the mounting plate with or without the water supply turned off. You might try tightening or loosening the mounting plate and seeing if that helps slide it back into position.
I just installed this for my wife in our master bathroom. The install is pretty straight forward but the Brondell instructions on actual use are a bit sketchy so I found your video very informative. I only have 2 concerns; my wife and I usually argue over who gets the TV remote. I hope we won't do the same with this remote! Also at my age reading glasses are a must so I guess if I will need to be sure I take my readers to the toilet at night!
Lots of differences... The 802 is lower quality, less comfortable, limited warm water, no user presets. Those are the items that come to mind off the top of my head. The 1400 is worth the extra money in my opinion.
I have this Bidet and think it is a great product. HOWEVER I wish the night light had some sort of timer just like the one on my KOHLER toilet seat that lets it run for a set amount of time, who wants to turn this thing on and off every time you want to use it? Or let the light stay on all the time. ANY feedback would be great.
Bought the 1200 and didn’t get dryer or the move....over $500 what was the difference in 1200 1400??? Whatever pretty sure the description in the store featured all of these
Ive heard the seat opening is small, im worried because i ordered the round one and im a decent sized guy. Would you have the specs of the seat opening for the round? Thanks
I just ordered mine and can hardly wait to get it. As a matter of fact, I think I’ll eat a couple head of cabbage fried in bacon grease the day before so that I can sit and enjoy it all day long. 😂
From the intro vid, it looks like an elongated seat on a round bowl and it sits crooked... ive seen some complaints on this. is this accurate and should you redo the video to have a proper seat?
It is an elongated seat on an elongated bowl. Can you describe what you mean by, "it sits crooked"? It is the proper seat paired with the proper toilet, so there's nothing to change. Thanks for asking though
Good beginning orientation. I appreciated that. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
The seat came off I can’t slide it back in. Do I turn off water valve, before sliding it back in? Help!

@@ManyBidets thank you.

Is there a big difference in the 1400 and 802 models outside of price, and is it worth it??

Does the installation requires an electrical outlet?
yes and should be a gfi outlet also...
Pull is about 13 amps
Is the bowl LED brightness adjustable?
It's not, but that's a great idea! I'll make sure to pass it along to Brondell. Thanks for the question!
Many Bidets Aww that’s unfortunate. It lights up my entire bathroom when I open the lid at night! I may end up covering it with a piece of tape.
@@stevestone76 ive read it can be turned off
@@clovertx901 Yes, it can be turned off.

If you're looking for a larger seat, I'd look at the Cascade 3000: www.manybidets.com/cascade-bidet-3000/
