You have been extremely helpful. I just bought a Brondell 1400 from Amazon. I wish I had bought it from you as I have a feeling that you would be more help than customer service at Brondell should I ever have a problem. It seems as though all of the Bidet companies have trouble with their customer service, I’ve read a ton of reviews from a variety of the bidets online and it seems like everybody has a problem with customer service. I was given a biobidet by a family friend that moved onto a boat and couldn’t get the bidet to hook onto about toilet. I used it for nine months and then last week it just started gushing out of the main housing. I emailed the company but no response I bought another one on Amazon and it doesn’t work so I’m sending it back to Amazon anyway if I ever have a need to buy another Bidet, I will buy it from you. Thank you so much for the video.
I'm really glad to hear that! We pride ourselves on offering BY FAR the best customer service in the industry. All it takes is a quick comparison of reviews on better business bureau to see how different we are than the others out there :-)
To remove the seat, press the Quick Release button and slide the seat forward off of the mounting plate and toilet. In the Manual on page 9 has the location of the release button on the bidet seat. It is also very common to turn your water supply valve off when leaving for extended periods of time.
Hi Dan, great video! I ordered from you and it will arrive anytime today. I bought and installed the Drive seat riser recommended by you and it should be compatible with the Swash 1400. I expect that the long bolts that came with the riser would be used and should work with this model without any extra parts then?
I just installed a Brondell Swash 1700 which looks remarkably like yours in this video. I reached out to Brondell support and received nothing back. My problem is, the left two sear feet contact my toilet fine, but my right two feet don’t (gap about 1/8th inch)! I strongly suspect it involves the seat bracket? But not sure how to pull out the seat again from the bracket wher it clicked in, so I can look at the brackets again. Can u help me??
There is a release button you need to press as you pull out on the seat. See page 8 of the manual: www.brondell.com/content/Swash_CL1700_UM_WEB_091321.pdf
You can share your problem here, and I'd be happy to assist, or you could reach out to Brondell. They can be reached at: Support@brondell.com or you can call them at: 888-542-3355 between the hours of 9am-5pm PST Monday through Friday.
Can you email us your order number with us so we can get it resolved? If you did not order from us, you would want to reach out to Brondell directly for that. They can be reached at: Support@brondell.com or you can call them at: 888-542-3355 between the hours of 9am-5pm PST Monday through Friday.
Thanks for the question! It fits about 99% of the toilets out there, but there are a few here and there that the seat will not fit. If you know what toilet you have, or are looking to get, we can confirm if it will fit. You can either reply to this comment with that info, or email call or text us. Also keep in mind that if you reach out, we're happy to offer a discount when you're ready to purchase as well.
@@philschopshop4591 While we've not tested it, there's a possibility it would work with the RV kit we've thrown together. See this video: ruclips.net/video/SvBccOato7g/видео.html We really recommend pairing the 310 with an RV kit and the round Cascade 3000 for best fit.
Glad to hear it! We do find most of our customers install these very quickly and easily with minimal help. Next time you're in the market for one, let me know!
Easy to install, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.
I just got this bidet... look, im a 5'3 140lb girl and I thought the seat was too damn small. There is no way a grown, full man is using this thing. So disappointed...
The Swash 1400 is sadly know for it's small seat... If you purchased from us, please reach out regarding returning it for a full refund, and we'll hook you up. If you want a more comfortable, larger sittable space, and a sleeker look, I'd recommend taking a look at the Eco Nova bidet seat: www.manybidets.com/product/eco-nova-bidet-seat/

I like your video as never did before. Really clear to see and understand. Thanks for your video!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for the kind words!
Is this a round or elongated seat? Thanks for the video!
In the video, we are using a elongated version, however, the Swash 1400 offers both elongated and round versions of their white and biscuit seats.

Everything time I snug the T-connector to the tank, it crossthreads and I get a leak when I turn the water on.

Tengo uno de estos funciono perfectamente 15 dias luego comiensa a salir agua por el borde de los tubos del bidet que debo hacer?
The Swash 1400 is one of the most prone to leak. What's your order number with us? We can file a warranty claim with Brondell on your behalf.

Brondell is an awful company to deal with.. I was sold a defective Swash 1700 and Brondell expected us to pay for the parts. Terrible to deal with.
Thanks for your feedback! We are sorry to hear this was your experience.
