I cannot express how much I appreciate this video. The printed instructions are hot garbage and I could have never gotten this done without your help. THANK YOU!!!
This is waaaay better than going by the directions that come with the seat. You explain more detail about where the washers go and stuff. I avoided big mistakes and confusion by watching this while installing! Thanks
Because of your top 5 video, we bought the Eco Nova. It arrived, and we installed it that evening using this video. Super easy. This is our 1st bidet experience. The first time using it was 😯😄🙂 Pros Easy install Quality materials Nice quality remote and wall holder Love the temperature controls Pressure options are nice Nozzle for front and back are appropriate Reasonable price Love the sanitation aspect Feel cleaner after using Easy to use Cons Need to install an outlet closer to the toilet, currently running an extension cord. There is no backlight on the remote, so you can't read it in the dark. Eventually you'll learn the remote, but it would be nice to have a back-lit option We thought we liked the words on the remote instead of an icon, but seeing as we are both farsighted, it's hard to read without glasses. We find that there is quite a bit of movement in the seat. It's not coming from the mounting plate. It seems to be coming from the housing where it attaches to the plate. Would love any ideas on how to stop this movement. Overall, the cons are minimal, and the bidet is worth it.
Thanks for the in-depth review! In regards to keeping the seat from sliding, while it's rare, we have seen it happen before. You can put mounting tape on the bottom of the mounting plate before installing it. You can also try filling the open areas in the mounting with something solid like a piece of plexiglass:i.imgur.com/ZqbrvkJ.png This will keep the metal bracket from sliding.
Thanks for asking! We sell over 350 different skus of bidets, and all of them have the water line coming out of the left hand side when facing the toilet. The reason for this is that the standard for water inlets for toilets in the US and Canada is on the left hand side of the toilet, so bidets that are currently made are designed with that in mind.
i have all black accents in my bathroom, including the toilet close valve....is it possible to get the T connection and braided hose in black instead of stainless?
1:43 Is it okay to use Teflon Tape on the black threaded section of the toilet where the T-connector attached to? I heard this can prevent leaks but know you can't use Teflon Tape everywhere in plumbing.
Hello! Great question! All our bidet seats that heat water require electricity to do so. Which side the cord comes out depends on the unit. For the Eco Nova, the cord comes out of the left when facing the toilet. Let me know if you have other questions!!
TOTO toilets are always highly recommended! However, if you're starting from scratch and it's in the budget, I'd HIGHLY recommend one of these: ruclips.net/video/kxPcICW995c/видео.html
I'd like to buy this model, but from my experience, the rubber top mounting sleeves don't seem to fit right into the holes in my toilet. Are these necessary to mount the toilet or can I replace the top mounting sleeves with a regular toilet seat mounting screw and bolt that goes underneath since I do not have a skirted toilet?
You can still use the bolts that come with it, but you'd have to find some rubber cone washers and nuts that would work with those bolts locally. We've had others do that with success in the past.
@@ManyBidets Are the mounting brackets for bidet toilet seat standard between bidet companies (other than Toto). If I have a Bio Bidet bb2000 on my toilet currently, could I just detach it and attach a the Eco-Nova to the Bio Bidet's mounting bracket that's already on my toilet?
@@ZAMtech1994 Sadly the mounting plates are different from seat to seat... You can try using those bolts with the eco nova mounting plate, but there's a good chance they won't work.
Is that the round or elongated model? Looks small. I hate round toilet seats, and I'm worried that a bidet seat (even for an elongated toilet), will severely cut down the size of the seat hole.
Thanks for asking! The Eco Nova comes in elongated only, and offers some of the most spacious sittable room in the bidet seat world. That being said, any bidet seat is going to limit your sittable space to some extent because the back of the unit that stores the hardware that makes the unit work will take up some of the space that would otherwise be used for sitting. If you really want the most sittable space possible, I'd recommend checking out one of our Neorest units: ruclips.net/video/kxPcICW995c/видео.html

Thank you for taking the time to watch! We're glad it was helpful!
Super helpful! One of the reasons why I purchased the eco nova was this very video. (And the glowing reviews)
Glad to hear that! I hope you love your new seat!
This video is great and covered everything needed to complete a successful installation. Thanks for making this so simple.
Thanks for sharing! I'm glad to hear it! If you need anything else, please let me know!
I would never buy a bidet seat from anyone else.... Daniel and his family are wonderful !!
Thanks so much for the kind words!

Way more informative than the instructions that came with it. Thank you.
Thanks for the kind words! Next time you're in the market, let us know! We offer great pricing!!
Just received mine today quick shipping. Let’s hope I can get this baby installed.
Hope you love it!!
Can you get the seat with install hose on left vs the right. Would like to hide the metal tubing

Thanks for watching! It is not recommended, the rubber washer is all that is needed there.
Do I need an electrical outlet installed? No mention of this in video. Right or left outlet? Doesnt heater need electricity?

Any way to hide the hoses on the installation??
Not completely, but with a couple of zip ties, you can make the whole setup pretty slick!
We're building so we're starting out from scratch. Is there a specific brand or toilet style that you'd say is perfect for this bidet?
