Prost loved the passive FW16 when he tested it at Estoril, he was super quick on it and if he didn't retire it's possible he had another title in him with that car for 1994.
He hated the active-suspensions or all the aids the FW15 and other cars had before the ban. He never got the set-ups or the feelings he wanted for all 1993.

@@federicofunes20 Nope. The 15C is driven by Alain during the 1993 season. In this first testing video, it's Mansell's 14B, at that time the 15C wasn't even officially presented. Visual differences between the 14B and the 15C are obvious to spot.

Senna knew intrisically that Prost was far better than him on all racing aspects (inc. pure driving speed). That is why he was feeling so unmotivated during the 1994 season and asking Prost to come back ultimately doing this onboard video the day before his death " A special hello to my dear friend Alain.. we all miss you Alain..." Senna was always talking about touching the limit to then only discover the ultinate limit was beyond that... Unlike Senna, Prost exactly knew where the limit was at any given point in time ... and that he only had to touch that limit if/when necessary to do so in order to achieve his ulimate goal and that is why Senna was so admirative and took Prost as his role model as it is now well-documented.

Both should had accepted McLaren offers to drive for them in 1994...
We would end any question mark about who is the fastest, and Senna would be alive today.

It really isn't. Senna himself said there were signs of improvement by the time they arrived at the Imola race weekend. And it's true. You do know the Williams team *won* the constructors' title, right?
