I actually look at this and worry about the state of our investigating officers. How did the first officer keep files in the desk without follow ups. Even previous cases where no followed up. How much more of our family members who were brutally killed. So it means the problem in closing cases lies marginally in dockets seating as office decorations 😢😢

On Bheki Cele's note, i don't think he will call and pass his gratitude for obvious reasons, the two are not cut from the same cloth as far as their individual principles are concerned.
