It's 01:49 midnight cleaning the house after a week of not cleaning, not because im busy but iv struggling to take care of self.
After listening to this using my Bluetooth speaker I now realised the reason why I'm not okay. Having a parent who is there but not there ,cuts deep. I remember when I was in primary grade 7 the teachers called my mom to fetch me because I had
Messed my school due to periods. My mom told the teachers she was at a job interview. When I got home I found her with friends drinking beer in her PJs

Solly is a Natural, I'm glad he can detach from people that hurt him but is willing to offer help where it's needed especially for his sister. That shows he does not hate but is simply protecting his vibrational frequency from Negative and Toxic Energy.Keep up your good work. Now I'm going to sleep now and I'm so Happy I watched your podcast🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️

Every time I come back I start from the beginning because I did not want to miss anything. Wow Bra David you are wise, especially on that part where you were advising Bra Solly about his kid. The thing is you don't usually give your opinions, so today was the first time I heard you tell a guest his mistake.

Yoh very inspiring talk, most of the time we complain and give up about very simple things in life, it's not only inspiring for ex offenders but for people who are unemployed as well.

❤❤❤Love how he owns his truth. But the things he said also make you realise how much pain black men are carrying.I also love the fact that he does not plan to have kids, because he is not going to put someone through the same thing.

Love ntate Mankge's business acumen and tenacity to venture into new business ideas. I watched the podcast allover again cos I got it at the end and wanted to hear how you are almost a Chinese resident 😅
Eish ya ne😔I watched Mashabela try to paint a picture on the value of companionship to someone who is still developing the neuropaways of love and companionship. Trauma is a thief shame 🙆🏽‍♀️. It's good that you're reading about trauma but you'll need a skilled person to take you through the process of healing. when those pathways form, it will all come in like a wave and that someone will help surf
Reminds me of my niece "I can do it myself" 😅
I must say though 🤔 ntate Mankge's view of life, and the philosophy he's developed for himself about it, has really challenge my perspective on the role of attachment on resilience. Though your resilience is built on the foundation of a defense mechanism, you've got me thinking differently about it.
Salute to the ex offenders movement 🙌🏽

This guy is really an inspiration to other people out there, his side of story about jail is so UNIQUE, normaly we always here people talking about serving sentences till they finish their sentences and some tell us about number gangs and bad things occurring there. He ran from serving a sentence till jail circumstances force him to conform into the standards of prison, his story is so UNIQUE!.
