Do you know what the rears (with the privacy glass) should be tinted to, if you wanted to match 20% all around?

Check your rear windows to get the privacy glass read out and determine from there. Most privacy glass are usually 18-28% on most vehicles. Also back windows and back windshield are going to be same if they have privacy glass from factory.
