Great content, I am a contractor who has been on the reconstruction side of flood losses for 2 years now. My company has always been a subcontractor for restoration companies so we never work directly with the client. We recently became a general contractor and would like to take the next step. Do you have any recommendations on how to make or obtain a solid contract?
