Hi, I’m Brandon. I just think you would like to know that they your videos are very resourceful and game changing! I struggled for a few months knocking doors for an old storm as a Project Manager for The Exterior Company. All your videos are extremely helpful but this one in particular has helped me tremendously. I have gotten 22 leads in the past 4 days working using this approach. Thank you!
I commented earlier on a video about "I end up watching 3 more every time." Here I am, 3 videos later lol. This is awesome stuff. Please never stop your channel.
😆 So glad to hear it man. I'm happy to help and I have some GREAT stuff in store for 2021! I'm super glad to have you here and appreciate all the comments and engagement. I read and reply to all of them!
Hey Cesar! You'll find The Roof Strategist Podcast on all major platforms. Hey Logan! Great question my dude. I'm not going to reveal my personal income details here, but I will do my best to answer the spirit of your question. A first year sales rep reasonably earn $100k + in their first year. A GREAT sales rep with experience could be earning $200 - $400k. TOP sales reps could be earning $500k+. You'll see a few interviews with sales reps I've interviewed who are using my strategies that are earning (or on pace to earn) $150k - $350k in their first and second year in business.
You know I enjoy the sale, but man being broke right now and its weeks until inspections and work its been rough getting into the industry and having to spend a decent amount of cash before I have any returns.
I hear ya - starting to get traction is the hardest part. Consistency, persistence, and patience is the key. You may find inspiration in Kaleb's story here: ruclips.net/video/7k7SsjSem9g/видео.html He had his first 10 deals denied and had a ROUGH go. I'm talking 6 months of struggling. Then it popped wide open and he's crushing it! I hope the same happens for you!
@@TheRoofStrategist yeah I've only been in it for a few weeks, but the buy in costs, fuel burn, and life expenses are making it exceptionally difficult to thrive. Side note, if you want a laugh. My first solo knock I used your line "how far in the claims process are you in" which immediately put this very southern gentleman into a rage lol. "I didnt file no claim and I dont need no roofer"
@@bigchongus758 Oh man - can't please everyone! We used to joke in the office that we could show up to a customers house with a pot of gold, PAY THEM to do their roof, and some people still wouldn't be happy. Hope you're journey turns up my dude!
You’re a living legend, I added 30 videos of yours to my watch later that would help me and I’ve been watching 1 a day and taking notes.
Super pumped to support you dude! Welcome to the channel and I hope you keep crushing it!

Glad to give you a chuckle ;)
It's crazy the amount of golden nuggets are in your videos. This is perfect thank you
💪🙏 Stoked to support you dude! Thanks for the comment!
That dating analogy was hilarious!
😂 glad you enjoyed it. It paints the story of why those pitches don't work in an even more ridiculous way, doesn't it?

Hoping you can use these to overcome it the next time you hear it!
I had one guy last week say before I could even say hey "oh look another roofer"
@@bigchongus758 🤦 been there... hopefully this helps!
I try this new thing I said “ well hello there quick question how many people have knock on your door this week?”
🤣 love that. How's it working?
How do you get past the comment, “oh you are from out of town. You are a storm chaser. We want to have someone local.” I’ve gotten that a lot lately
Great question. Watch this :) ruclips.net/video/qgLUU0T9Bh0/видео.html

If this isn’t too personal, what’s an estimate of the most you’ve made in a year from roofing
