    Thanks Adam, you're willingness to help directly with building confidence and learning how to design my verbage. My pitch isn't perfect yet, but I've got 4 CA's signed over 5 days work. In 20-25 hours I will make more than I did working 100-120 hours a as salaried restaurant manager. Thanks so much!!! This is truly life changing. I haven't seen the money yet, so it doesn't feel real, but just thank you so much!!!!!! Also I've learned through you, to introduce myself as: a homeowner advocate, that specializes in insurance restoration.

      CONGRATULATIONS my dude!! That is so freakin' awesome :) Earning 5x what you were in the past? HUGE. I am so glad this industry has changed your life. It IS real. And once the commissions start posting to your account, it becomes even more real and even more addicting. Enjoy it my friend. You deserve it. Glad to have you here and thank you for the comment and sharing your victory. It's fun to celebrate together AND it inspires others :)

    “My son is a roofer”. Well, I believe it ma’am it’s a very popular industry. I am not a roofer. I am an insurance claims specialist. I get your roof paid for by the insurance company. And if your adamant that your son be apart of the process then I can accommodate that. If your son is licensed and insured I will pay him to put it on. I’m sure your son would do it for free, but wouldn’t you rather me get your insurance company to not only pay him for his labor but also pay for ALL materials to be replaced. Does that seem reasonable to you?

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  3 года назад +2

      Mic drop! Boom! I like that one. So long as your company is comfortable subbing to the son then by all means ;)

      I was thinking about this rebuttal too. but I do see adam's counter-point. Its a great way to flip the script and show a win/win to the customer. Only problem is if he's garbage at his job then you assume the liability of his shotty work. and now the situation is at best a win for the customer, lose for you or at worst a lose for both because the foundation of that relationship was built on trusting her "roofer"

    • @TheRoofStrategist
      @TheRoofStrategist  3 года назад

      @@anthonyrusso4713 These are my concerns as well. Also the legal/liability side of things. But hey - if that's something that you can do, roll with it.

      I've used this same wording "I bet they are the one of the best in their field, so am I, however I'm not a roofer. I make sure your insurance company gives you the total compensation you deserve so your not skimped. And if through my efforts to document and tell the full story to help get your entire roof and nothing less bought, I want to be the one who handles the install. If I can't get your entire roof paid for, then there's no obligation or fee's to continue working with me."
      Then here's my close, used this for years selling high end tempurpedics too:
      Would you have any objections knowing the health of your roof after the storms, and how much may qualify for total compensation?"
      My close is usually a "no" question close. Meaning I ask a question in which no is an affirmative. The cool part of this type of question is it forces them to try and come up with reasons why they shouldn't miss out.

      @@TheRoofStrategist I’ll check them out, thank you.
      I like your content and your enthusiasm, I too incorporate enthusiasm with sales.
      I think it’s important to be upbeat when selling, as not only are we selling a product but providing a service for someone’s number 1 asset, their home.
      With elevated sales tactics, I always upsale, say new gutters, windows, doors, siding basically any exterior home improvement, all depends on that vibe I get from the client.
      So I was looking for a video to “ keep them entertained or on the hook” versus them just bottom line hunting for the low baller.
