The waterfall is indeed inside a planter box I picked up a big box store. I just made a template and cut it out. I made a cover for the top out of decking boards to hide the internals. The planter was drilled out on bottom for the hose to come through, then secured with a couple of deck screws.
There’s no transition. The hose is long enough to reach the waterfall and suction side of the pool. The pump is next to the back wall inside of the building.
@@azartyn2906 These tanks are designed to be out in extreme weather conditions, they’ll last for years. The side where I drilled the hole for my suction line looked to be approximately 1/4 thick. This is not a flimsy plastic pool. If I ever do need to remove it, the deck boards are screwed down.
Best looking one yet. This is what i would like to do.
Could you post a list of the filter/pump parts you bought? Love the waterfall effect!
Intex saltwater pool pump 26645EG and bestway waterfall 58619 both came from Amazon.
Excellent job!
My favorite! Looks awesome. What is the overall size of the deck and what is the pool diameter? I want to copy this layout.
The deck is 12x16 and the STP is a 9’ Behlen.
Looks awesome! Did you install the waterfall in a planter or something? How did you do that?

Ωραια δουλεια!
How did you hook up the filter with the pool in ground. Did you make a box for it to sit in?
The pump is inside the storage building to keep it out of the weather. I’m guessing the hoses that came with pump are at least 10’ in length.
How did you handle the transition from the intex flex pipe to what I am assuming is rigid PVC underground?

Nice😁😁😁
Hi, how much did your deck cost to build?
is the water fall the only return?
Yes, one intake and one return, that’s plenty for the 1000 gallons it holds.
@@1packmule thank you , beautiful job!
It would cost approximately $500 today, that’s only wood, not labor. I installed this at the height of the lumber shortage.
so what happens when the tank cracks and you need to replace it? youd need to lift the whole deck up to replumb the new tank.

How many gallons?
Name of product please?
@@lindal1053 1000 gallons and Behlen is this particular tank, there’s several different companies you can use.
Very nice!
Wow toll gemacht 👍👍👍
Awesome video. Is there a good place to get the tank itself?
Agri supply is where mine came from. Many places sell stock tanks but I wanted the behlen 9’ because it’s the deepest poly pool available.
@@1packmule how deep is your pool?
@@SophiaP 28”
@@1packmule thanks!
