I guarantee you this. In the not too distant future someone will write them a check to big to turn down. Be it for one show or one run with no new music, we’ll see Oasis perform again.

I actually was so annoyed at Oasis for not doing the One Love Manchester Concert together. That would of meant the world to those kids and they couldn’t just suck it up for 30 mins. It would of lifted up all of Manchester x
The reason they didn’t do it is because Noel publicly said that terrorism shouldn’t change us and that we shouldn’t get a good thing as a result of a bad thing. It was still a good gesture of Liam to perform

At Noel’s age, I think he just wants peace. At some point, peace of mind is worth everything.
100% agree. This is a child's impression of what his relationship with his own siblings is like. But sometimes, being apart is the kindest thing you can do for both of you.

I agree with him, but he doesn’t realise just how crazy their relationship is. Liam implied during an argument that Noel’s kids weren’t actually his, and Noel just thought it was a step too far and just walked away.
Unfortunately I think it’ll take their mother passing away for them to sort their issues out
They don’t owe you music. Cutting off a relationship with a family member is a big thing and it’s not for us to say it’s childish of them. In fact, that’s childish of Matty to say.

To be fair I get his point completely but sometimes rifts and conflict between siblings goes on too long and becomes something that's nearly impossible to correct, it's past the point of “marding”, but also they probably just don't want to be oasis anymore so if they were forced it wouldn't be the same

If Fleetwood Mac could still create one of the best albums of all time and continue to do shows for 40 years after the absolute fuckery that went on between the entire band. I think Oasis can park it and get on with it.

I understand full well how irrevocably toxic and insufferable a family member can be despite your sustained best efforts across the span of a lifetime… against the backdrop of a shared brilliance.

Forget that they are related. Two members of a band are having disagreements and won't play together. It happens all the time and often interferes with the band not gigging and even breaking up or quitting the band. Sometimes you can't get along with your work colleague.

Honestly when it comes to fighting with siblings it happens all the time for me but you just go to ur bed and sleep it off and wake up the next day like nothing happened and continue on.
liam wants to get over it, he even put it in his song, he wants them reunite again cause theyre brothers no matter what, but noel is the one who still hold a grudge.

You can really hear his mam's voice in him here. I've never noticed that before. Denise has lost a lot of her geordie accent over the years but Tim hasn't, so Matty has obviously picked up a bit of a geordie twang. It's like Matty has picked up a bit of geordie and Denise has picked up a lot of Cheshire or wherever he was raised so they've both got the exact same mixed accent. I'd crease if Taylor starts putting geordie phrases in her songs like she did with London Boy. I'm a geordie and I'd die of excitement hearing Taylor Swift saying wey aye man 😅

Hate to be that guy. But i saw Noel Galllaghers High Flying Birds the other weekend and it was bloody brilliant! Maybe its because Noel Gallagher saw my sign, maybe its because Noel Gallagher spoke to me, maybe its coz i got Noel Gallaghers setlist at the end and have it framed in my room. But that was the best night of my life and I no longer need Oasis to get back together.
lucky to lived nr Pilton village all my life as locals no it named .Glastonbury 10 miles away . seen oasis when they first came .such breath of fresh air great time .was lucky to see them at there best .would be great for there new fans!! .finish on good teams

I like both of their musical sounds separately, never went to an Oasis gig. But also liked Oasis music & feel bad for their fans that have to suffer the consequences of the brother’s feud.
